Our 4th stay and the Nautilus is as good as ever
A high quality apartment in a high quality establishment
All beautifully maintained by professional and friendly staff
Everything is clean , its quiet and good for disabled guests
The pool area is lovely and the sunbeds ,parasols etc all very good quality

Lovely stylish modern hotel. Receptionist very friendly and helpful
Dining facilities. Breakfast was a complete disaster. We came down for breakfast well within the allotted times. Only to find no glasses, no plates, dirty cutlery, dirty cups. Only one member of staff seemed to be available, who was completely clueless about what he was doing.
The food served was appallingly. Sausages were raw inside, hashbrown luke warm and a partially cooked fried egg.
We raised the matter on checkout but were denied a refund.
Very disappointed with this poor level of service. This incident marred our stay.

Apartments are lovely & very sportiness clean. Not far from the beach & town centre. Would definitely stay here again. This is the second time staying at the apartment. My first time was with my disabled daughter. These apartments are ideal for disabled people.
Would have been nice to have a pool Veiw ? but we did have a garden Veiw.

The resort was not bad thay could do with a food shop with thay use to have. And a bar. Any think you wanted you had to go in to the shopping centre with self catering was a bit of a drag and to take a copy of your bank card I don't like that, with thay gave you back when you left people that I spoke to at the complex didn't like it.

Clean, quiet, well maintained surroundings, very friendly and accommodating staff. We are considering to stay here again. The art pieces make the place unique.

I liked the pool. The staff were excellent everywhere on the complex.

Due to a flight cancellation I booked a night at Nautilus as it is very close to the airport (5 min) and has an easy access to the beach and the promenade ( 1min walk through amazing art garden). I was really pleasantly surprised by the place! It's absolutely amazing - location is perfect, the accommodation is fantastic and very clean ( the 2 bedroom apartment cannot be faulted and I would strongly recommend ), there is art everywhere which makes it really special and different. Staff is super friendly, pool is brilliant. You have your own terrace with chairs and sun beds. It has air con and fantastic bathrooms. Everything is super clean. It is a real gem and I would definitely go back there again.

it had nice pools
on arrival we were told we would have a cot. which we didn’t it was a mattress. my partner went back down to see if they had forgotten the actual cot. but she said no she couldn’t open the room to the cots so that’s all we’d have.. my son is 16months old he couldn’t just sleep on a mattress. we had come from the airport because my son was ill and couldn’t board the flight. we had to pay €100 deposit for air con. plus €7 a day.. for a family who couldn’t afford that with a sick baby that’s not good. luckily we do not struggle but for a family who did. it’s ridiculous.. awful place to stay not worth of 4 star either with their wall paper that’s coming from the wall.. dingy lighting. and place full of ants
