The breakfast was good and variety satisfactory. The room was clean and met our expectations. The hotel is located at a very secure location.

The coffee making machine was not working and on one of the days only decaf coffee was available.

We had an awesome stay. what phenomenal awesome staff you have there ,from the reception, restaurant, cleaners wow 👌🏾 👏🏾 , porters. Such positive attitude we received from everyone. It was our first time staying with you and we will definitely come back again and have recommended to some of our friends.. Amazing breakfast 😋, it really was value for money..

Staff at reception first day were not so welcoming but improved during the stay Pillows were absolutely horrible. Very noisy people staying at the hotel. There were individuals that were drinking in their room and outside.

The double room to accommodate up to 4 guests with a sleeper couch was a little cramped.

It is clean and accommodate kids. I liked the breakfast buffet and the fact that it is 7 min away to mall of Africa.

Forgot my purse it returned back with no money in it. Bongiwe tried her best to assist in finding the bag and I really appreciate her effort and I believe she would not take a client’s belongings. She’s professional and trustworthy. I am really disappointed on the fact that your workers would choose taking coins instead of protecting their job.

The location was great. The rooms were huge. They offer toiletries etc if you’ve forgotten them. The staff were very friendly and kind. Very comfortable stay all in all.

The breakfast can improve. Very less options for people that don’t eat beef or pork due to religious reasons. The chicken sausage resembled pork and tasted like it also, could not ingest. Potatoes were finished due to stock shortage. And there was no baked beans at all at breakfast

We had a quick overnight stop as a family for 1 night on our travels internationally. The hotel is basic, very entry level and certainly not a glamourous option. The staff were friendly and handled their responsibilities reasonably well.

The hotel is basic, rooms were not great, kids were complaing it smelt like chicken nuggets or chicken noodles, which it did. We also had a fire warning in the middle of the night, like 2am, where instead of assesing the severity and anouncing the recourse, they immedially evacuated the entire building for a faulty aircon in a room. Once everyone was outside, in a second, we were all told to go inside, very sorry. I mean really, surely you can do better.

Location was ideal as we were sight seeing around the area. The staff at this establishment was exceptional, very friendly and always assisted us with anything we needed for our little one. Breakfast was an array of food from treats to hot foods. Wonderfully prepared, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms definitely exceeded our expectation and was comfortable.

The breakfast in the morning is excellent. Well done to the Chef’s.

Unable to add sundry items like meals or laundry to the room. No room service. Very unusual for a hotel. The first time trying to find the hotel, there was no signage and Google maps cannot direct you into the property. Better signage is a must.

Great staff, clean and safe facilities

Our room had terrible plumbing especially when you flush the toilet, and random crackling sounds from the air vent. Worse we were staying next to a group of ladies who started making noise in the early AMs so they kept us up too. The breakfast was also very so so 🤔 or maybe we were just grouchy from lack of sleep
