the rooms were clean

it is not a place for a family with kids as a student residence is in the same yard it is extremely noisy and a lot of drunk students are around the area making a noise and fighting we felt very unsafe at the venue

There was no one at reception when we arrived. Waited and called for someone and no staff were present. So we left. We didn't even spend the night.

Ruth and her team made this an excellent stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. The team was friendly and very accommodating.

I liked the hospitality, the friendliness of the staff and how easy it is for them to attend to a case. The wifi is perfect. The place is clean.

The plugs , they were so far from the bed.
