The food was great.

They didn't have 2 pin adapters and sockets to charge phones. When I called reception to borrow one they were very dismissive. You have to switch on the air con at the socket cos they don't have remotes. There really isn't anything 3 star about this place.

I loved the room, felt very homely, it had a lounge and the bathroom was ensuite. Aircons in the lounge as well as the room. Considering this is their 'standard room' setup, very impressed. Was clean, queen size bed, nothing to complain about. On the day of arrival enjoyed their restaurant with lovely staff as well as lovely service. The food was good too.10 out of 10 will visit again.

Rooms didn't have bar fridges nd that weren't asked which room we would like on which floor nd also we didn't have our room key to open for ourselves.

Clean and tidy with good aircon.

I didn't like the rule that you can't eat your own food - in effect forcing you to either eat at the hotel's restaurant or eat out.
