We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel is very convenient as it’s situated in the city center, directly outside lovely shops and delicious cafes. Our standard room was ok for a two-night stay. Room was basic and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious, generous, and of quality. Friendly and accommodating staff.

My room was located street side ; where there was too much noise , also during the night , and starting very early in the morning. Impossible to sleep with open window. So , at night , it was much too hot in the room ..;

Room was in the attic, making it difficult to stand in the bathroom. Showering would make the bathroom all wet. No air conditioning.

Good size room. Friendly and helpful reception. Good night's sleep on the bed. Quick resolution of problem. Room not too noisy. Hotel well placed for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Very small bathroom. Shower bracket was broken, but was quickly fixed once brought to the attention of staff. Lack of horizontal surfaces to put things down on in the room/bathroom. At breakfast coffee was from insulated jugs-no coffee machine. Most things you might expect at breakfast were there, but somehow it looked very sparse-only scrambled eggs with ham as hot option; no muesli, but boxes of Kellogg's cereal; small selection of pastries. Was left with the feeling that maybe we should have splashed out on something more upmarket in Leuven.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Location was perfect. Very charming with a good breakfast. We will definitely return.

Very steep staircases but they do have a small elevator.

The hotel is located right in the center of Leuven. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The staff is absolutely perfect and very nice.
