central location, friendly receptionist when we checked in, the lady gave us some very usefull information to get around the city. clean room with everything you need and a nice, comfy bead.
the member of staff that was looking after the breakfast in the morning was more concerned about telling his colligue about what he was doing the night before, rather than checking if the coffee machine was stocked.

Friendly staff and convenient location.
Very small room and small beds. There were only two hangers available for hanging your clothes.

Great location, a few mins walk from the station & very close to shops & points of interest.
Small compact room & great shower.
No tea or coffee in the room, but free & readily available from reception till 8pm.
Nice lounge area, shared with the Hostel residents.

Hotel Ladeuze is a nice small hotel that completely met my expectations. The room was small but had everything that I needed. The hotel and the room were clean. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is just a few blocks away from the heart of the city but it's still quiet around the hotel. When I stayed in the hotel, the Leuven Kermis (a local yearly festival) was on the nearby Ladeuzeplein and I still didn't experience any disturbance. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
Maybe the sound insulation of the window in my room could have been a bit better because the noise from the street was quite loud in the daytime. Fortunately, the hotel is in a quiet part of the town and it didn't cause any problems in the nighttime.

This is just a fab' hotel, central location, tidy, clean, great breakfast, good coffee, comfortable beds and amazing friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend this hotel and Leuven is a cool town to visit

My room, although pretty small, was very clean and and well-equippeed. the bed was very comfortable, just what you need after a busy day. bathroom was also nice and clean, and the receptionist was kind and thoughtful.
The only small issue was that it was pretty noisy in the morning, it even woke me up at 7 (way too early for me) c and breakfast was not that exciting.

Hotel clean, cozy and in great location in central Leuven yet quiet and peaceful. Tasty breakfast, comfy beds! Recommend!
