Beautiful hotel in the best location in Dubrovnik. A two minute walk to the beautiful walled city. Excellent and attentive staff and fabulous breakfast.

It is a beautiful hotel, staff are the biggest asset especially the person who cooked my breakfast waffles. The best I have ever tasted.

Only one thing the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, they felt expensive but flatter than I am used to.

Location, helpfull staff and nice building. Executive lounge was very practical option!

Die Lage gleich am Rand der Altstadt von Dubrovnik ist perfekt. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar mit EUR 30.00 teuer, aber absolut komfortabel. Der Autolift ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Mitarbeiter parken das Auto gerne, so dass man sich nicht selbst darum kümmern muss. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The reception staff were functional but nothing more.

I liked the hotels architecture. The rooms were nicely updated. The hallways were even nicely done. I loved the brass lights that lit up the room numbers. The hotel lobby was quaint, and the terrace and upper lobby were nicely pointed as well. Staff was exceptional.

There seemed to be a little too much furniture out on the terrace. It seemed a little crowded, but that's a minor complaint, and you might need the furniture during the busy season.

The hotel was beautiful. The decor in the hotel and in the rooms was very tasteful. They had lovely flower arrangements around the hotel and it was always very clean and had a lovely smell. The staff were second to none. They were incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming, it really made the stay so much nicer. The hotel is also in a perfect location within a two minute walk to the old town, definitely a must stay location.

The only negative was the pillows, they looked lovely and puffy but were very flat once laid upon. The cushions on the sofa were better.

A comfortable upmarket hotel, a very short stroll from the old city. Very good breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner also available, although virtually everybody eats out in the old city.

We asked for a quiet room and on arrival were told that all the rooms were quiet but, if we wanted a quieter room, we could have one for an extra 80 Euros per day. Also, the price quoted for transport to our next destination was laughably high.

Very good location near the entrance to the old town. The room was big, the bed was really confortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom may be updated since the hotel is a five star.

The disappointment arose from the ad for the Hilton included the use of the pool area as well as the workout facilities. A day after checking in, we inquired about the pool and workout areas, desiring to use them. We were then told they were closed due to repairs, but we could get transported to another hotel's facilities. Traveling on a bus to another facility with wet clothes, etc., was not inviting. The Hilton was wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Though young themselves, the Reception staff were a bit stuffy. However, the bellhops were tremendously helpful!

Le peu de considération pour l’impact carbone et écologique en général. Exemple le jus d’orange est du Tropicana qui a traversé l’atlantique alors qu’il y a des orangers et des oranges locales partout! Le chauffage à fond. Pas d’économie d’eau sur les pommeaux de douche. C’est dommage car il serait temps que le tourisme s’inquiète de ce sujet qui concerne tout le monde.

Perfect location, just next to the Pile Gate bus stop and at the entrance to the old town; there are several mini-marts within 2 mins walk. The room was huge and the view was magnificent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

It looks like not much thought has gone into planning the layout of the room, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat is slotted into a space that’s too narrow to make sense, so you have to sit sideways as the wall in front is way too close. The toilet roll holder then becomes 270 degrees behind you, and it was rather difficult to use… Otherwise the shower was powerful enough and the Crabtree and Evelyn amenities of pretty good quality.

La ubicación es perfecta, a metros de la entrada del casco viejo. Las instalaciones son lindas y están bien mantenidas. El desayuno es buenísimo. El room service y el bar también tienen un buen nivel y precios bastante buenos. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.
