Best hotel to stay in Oslo if you would like to explore the city on foot. Very clean, rich breakfast with many options, friendly staff and a very fast and seamless check in process and check out process which did not take more than 1 min. Highly recommend, beautiful neighborhood at the heart of the city.

À notre arrivée nous sommes accueillis par quelqu’un de franchement désagréable qui m’explique que seul une chambre standard sur les deux réservées est disponible et me propose une chambre queen plus petite
À la question comment cela est il possible il se montre très désagréable

Il me propose de nous mettre dans un autre hôtel !
Il faudra 30 minutes pour qu’il me propose une chambre de la catégorie supérieure pour une nuit
Puis déménagement le lendemain pour une chambre standard
Cela semblait logique de commencer par cela
MAIS le plus rédhibitoire c’est que les Chambres donnent pour certaines sur la rue avec un bar restaurant très animé et très tardivement dans la nuit et le BRUIT est insupportable
Ajoutez une alarme incendie une nuit
Fausse alerte mais quand même une descente et remontée des 7 étages et là encore aucune communication de l’équipe
Seule une personne de l’accueil a été aimable en journée

Really lovely hotel in Oslo. The location was really good, very central, so there's barely any need to use the public transport. The breakfast was amazing! 🤩 So many choices! The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that our room was on the first floor facing the tram link, so it was quite noisy. Also you could never really darken the room to sleep.

Spacious and clean room, nicely decorated, with a big double bed and very quiet. The bathroom had a proper shower (unlike some other hotels we stayed at in Norway that were more expensive). The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a lot of choice and good quality ingredients, it was the best we had in Norway. The location is quite central as well, only a few minutes away from the Royal Palace and about 10 minutes walk to the harbour. We would stay there again if we go back to Oslo.
There is a pub across the street from the hotel which can get quite loud in the evening, we were lucky our room was not facing the main street though.

Spacious rooms, Bose speakers and the rain head showers were epic. The breakfast is an experience to behold with so much choice that you’ll be back for 3rds or 4ths. The staff were helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when recommending local traditional restaurants.

Es ist ein ganz tolles Stadthotel mit einer super Lage, tollen Zimmern, unwahrscheinlich nettem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig auf unserem Trip durch Norwegen gewesen.

our room on the first floor was noisy until 3 am as it was opposite two bars- ask for a room on the quiet side or a high floor, extensive breakfast would have been great but hot buffet was lukewarm at best

Friendly staff and comfortable room
Surrounded by offices and vacant buildings with only a Coop nearby. Quite a long walk from town centre and we had to walk through dark and quiet alleys.
The hotel say they had not been serving free supper since Covid start.
