The breakfast, the free parking

There was no air conditioning, the window opened only a crack and ventilation was poor. Therefore the heat in the room overnight made it impossible to sleep.

Close to the airport. The room was very comfortable and warm. There was a breakfast trolley available for early flight departures. There was a restaurant on site. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is the best of all hotels in Bergen! The variety is enormous and it has gluten- and laktose free components. 🤩🥰 The bedding is so very comfortable that I seriously thought of asking to buy a set of pillow and duvet. 🤩

It was clean

No airport shuttle?!? Seems like it should be standard at an airport hotel. We were told to take the light rail (10 minute walk with luggage) at 3:45 a.m. No thermostat or temperature control. The room was very hot. The restaurant was serving only a full buffet at a high price without any other options. Children running in the hallway after 10pm.

Good breakfast, bathroom had floor heating, close to the tram to Bergen. And a well-equipped gym.

40 minutes ride to Bergen city center is quite long.

I loved my room, it was really big and the beds were the most comfortable ones I’ve been in. Also, the receptionist was nice and caring. The hotel has a lot of space too if you want to be at the common rooms and the restaurant is amazing. Only a five-minute drive to the airport.

I think it’s too expensive, but it’s Norway so it may be a normal price there.
