Hotel enorme que mais parece uma rodoviária. Uma recepção bagunçada, feia, cheia de gente com carpetes e elevadores imundos! Os quartos não tem ar condicionado e no verão de 25 graus são quentes e abafados. Sofá cama/ cama extra muito desconfortável. Estávamos no último andar e o hotel ainda assim tem péssima acústica e é muito barulhento. Não sei como avaliam o hotel como excelente! Incompreensível.

Reception area was small for a large hotel. Coffee corner was an add on Works going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of.

Le tarif de la nuit à 536€ est scandaleusement disproportionné eu égard aux prestations fournies. Chambre sans charme, petit déjeuner même pas compris dans le tarif, même pas non plus une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Un rapport qualité-prix exécrable.

The hotel has an incredible, warm, and friendly check-in staff and has the best breakfast in Copenhagen. The rooms were fantastic, and I loved the old-world charm. The bar was super in the evening for late meetings, and the cocktails were brilliant. The location is phenomenal. Highly recommended.

We loved the hotel. The location was excellent. The room was very nice. The lobby was under construction so it felt a bit tight and dark. I think once that is complete it will be more welcoming

The location was phenomenal. Close to christianhavn, walkable to almost everything you go to Copenhagen to see. Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were fastidiously cleaned. It is close to major metro lines, busses etc if you are not a walker. You don't even need a taxi from the airport, metro line 2 drops you off 5 min walk from the hotel.

Not sure i would go there on whit monday, there whole area is overrun with runners for the Royal Run, but if you like that, then this negative shouldn't bother you at all.

The amenities in the room do not comply with a usual 5 star hotel; there was no proper coffee machine, no free bottle of water, no bathrobes, no slippers, no other amenity kits The breakfast was good but that obviously is paid for There were also some malfunctions in the room

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, der rustikale Stil sowie die Grösse der Zimmer hat uns sehr überzeugt. So auch das junge Personal an der Reception, das uns gleich ein paar Tipps für Sightseeing und Restaurants gab.

Hingegen ist leider die Sauberkeit zu bemängeln: Auf den Holzbalken und bei der Lüftung im Bad lagen Staubfetzen (nichts für Allergiker). Bei unserer Ankunft lagen noch benutzte Handtücher im Zimmer und auch in der Dusche fanden sich noch Spuren vorheriger Besucher. Die Aussicht (Hinterhof) und das sehr dreckige Fenster waren uns eigentlich noch egal, weniger hingegen der Umstand, dass es beim Öffnen der Fenster nach Kanalisation roch. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nur knapp genügend, da besteht noch viel Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Lage einfach toll. Man ist sehr schnell in der City Sehr nettes Personal.

Leider ist das Hotel eine Baustelle. Keine Möglichkeit schön draußen zu sitzen. Frühstück findet in einer fensterlosen Halle statt. Sauberkeit im Bad echt verbesserungswürdig. Überall Wasserflecken und Seifenreste. Einfach mal trocken nachwischen.

Die Lage war sehr gut und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut.

Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren jetzt nicht gerade so freundlich und beim Check out keine Frage wie der Urlaub war , wie es gefallen hat oder ähnliches. Hauptsache Karte gezeigt und weg .

We only had one night but we loved admiral. I came sick from Ethiopia and the lady at the reception was so nice,called the doctor for me and arranged us to get our room very quickly. Our room was very nice and clean and the location is the best. Thank you

Upon check-in we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger, sea-view room - what a treat! This is a fantastic hotel - stylish decor, super-modern, clean, very peaceful - great view if you can get one. Lovely staff, nice bar open late, and the location is spot on - 5mins nice stroll from Nyhavn, main square, nearest metro stop.
