The rooms were really clean and tidy, they had everything I needed. The TV and WiFi were really good, especially because the TV had phone screen sharing. The breakfast was really good, all the food was tasty and there was plenty of it. The staff were really lenient with the timing, so even those who came a little late still had a chance to eat something. Breakfast included coffee which was a massive plus for me.

The only thing I didn't like is the location. The hotel is a little far away from the center, which isn't a problem if you're willing to get a 24 hour ticket, but if you aren't you're gonna end up walking for 20/30ish minutes. Perhaps in the summer it's not a problem, but in the blistering cold of -2C it isn't ideal.

Se for pontuar o que gostei, escreverei um livro com centenas de folhas. Não tive olhos para pontos negativos. Tudo foi muito maravilhoso. Eu e minha família agradecemos a família Apollo Hotel Bratislava pela hospitalidade.

Ter que partir e não poder desfrutar um pouco mais da hospitalidade do Apollo Hotel Bratislava.

El hotel está bien ubicado y en muy buenas condiciones. La habitación muy grande, con todo lo necesario, la cama especialmente cómoda, con sabanas de calidad y buenas almohadas. Me han gustado mucho las toallas, excelente calidad. El desayuno muy completo con oferta muy variada. El restaurante excelente, la comida muy buena y a muy buen precio. El personal amable. Todo muy limpio.

Lo único que no me ha gustado ha sido el servicio de taxi recomendado por el hotel, dos veces lo utilicé y los chóferes muy rudos además de muy caros.

- The room is abit spacious, the king-sized bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and modern. - Breakfast is decent. They rotate some of the menu so you don't have to eat the same exact stuff every morning. - Hotel is near several bus stations and malls.

- Absolutely zero security when you leave your baggage before check-in and after check-out. They are all left in a *cordoned area* (not a locked/guarded section) within the lobby *near the exit*! And there's no number tagging. People are just told to dump their luggage there and come and claim as they please. For a 4-star hotel, this is a disappointment since travelers request this all the time. Please do better.

Das Restaurant war schön, das Essen sehr gut, beim Frühstück gibt es wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt und die Kellner und die jungen Praktikanten im Restaurant waren sehr nett und fleißig. Die Bettwäsche war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht.

Die Zimmer im 3.Stock sind leider veraltet und gehören dringend renoviert. Komischer Geruch. Teppich mit starken Flecken, Mobiliar abgewohnt und zerkratzt. Die Nachttischlampe war kaputt. Die Nachttisch- Schublade war schmutzig, es waren lauter Schmutzbrösel drinnen, das ist wirklich eckelig. Die Türen im Zimmer sind mit Fingerabdrücken voll und eigenartige Spritzer sind darauf zu erkennen. Das dunkelhaarige Zimmermädchen in unserem Stock war sehr nett und höflich. Die Matratze bzw das Bett war viel zu hart. Der junge Rezeptionist war nicht gerade motiviert oder freundlich, es kam ihm kein einziges Mal ein Lächeln über die Lippen, daher hat man sich beim Einchecken nicht gerade willkommen gefühlt. Jedenfalls gehört auch dringend eine Hausdame angestellt, die die Reinigung der Zimmer auch kontrolliert. Wir waren 6 Monate vorher auch dort, da waren wir in einem neu renovierten Zimmer, die sind jedenfalls viel besser aber auf Fotos, kann man das alles nicht erkennen und sind die Bilder ja wahrscheinlich gemacht worden, als die Zimmer ganz neu waren.
