The location couldn't have been better, right on the edge of the old town. The hotel is in a lovely building, too. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Good coffee and tea-making facilities. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
Personally, the beds and pillows were too soft. Of course, this is a personal preference, but in many years of travelling often, these were the softest we have experienced. The availability of a few extra pillows would have been helpful. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist auch insgesamt sehr schön! Die Unterkünfte entsprechen im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung und sind auch sehr sauber! Das Frühstück im Savoy ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen...
...haben leider trotz ausführlicher Konversation kein ausreichend behindertengerechtes bzw. barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten. Wir haben anstatt ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, was aber die behindertengerechte Ausstattung nicht ersetzt. 2x ....beim 1. Mal hat es geklappt, das 2te Mal war so richtig daneben!!! Wenn Sie keine behindertengerechten bzw. barrierefreien Zimmer haben, dann sollte Sie den Gästen das bitte vorher mitteilen, ein Upgrade auf eine höherwertige Kategorie kann niemals die behindertengerechte Ausstattung ersetzen... Das war nichts! ...wir sind sauer! ...wir werden Radisson Blu Carlton nicht mehr buchen!!!

...das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Mirror Bar ist ein wirklich einzigartiges Erlebnis! Das Frühstück ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
...in den "Premium Rooms" sind keine Getränke in der Minibar 😞

Breakfast breakfast was fantastic dining room and terrace very nice ambience
Cleaners didn’t smile and say hello when you pass them in the corridor.
It would’ve been nice to have had a lounge to relax in.
Other international Hotel chains include The spa and pool by default.
Generally, the decor is starting to feel a bit tired

Las habitaciones normales. Nada que destacar. Llevábamos dos maletas y solo había espacio para una, la otra directamente al suelo.
El desayuno, dejó mucho que desear. Era bastante pobre y no reponían ni limpiaban las mesas en un tiempo correcto.

Ist direkt im Zentrum und unmittelbar neben der Anlegestation vom TwinCityLiner - besser gehts nicht.

Staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. The room had lovely touches in it and the toiletries smelt amazing! We booked a room with the balcony which made for a great seat for a drink with views - the lights were going on the Christmas tree below when we arrived.
Tried the bar in the hotel for cocktails which was a real gem and would recommend everyone to stop by.

Skvělá lokalita a prostředí vánočních trhů, na které se vždy rádi vracíme. Na Hviezdoslavově náměstí před hotelem je zároveň řada výborných restaurací! Vždy si užíváme.
Trochu jsme se prali s regulací teploty na pokojích.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the friendly reception staff to those serving breakfast. The hotel is in a beautiful location all within walking distance of the old town and river.

Very central in the old town (accessibility by tram a bit poor due to road works at present). Staff are very friendly. The rooms are well sized and priced well. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic selection of food and beverages. There is also a water station with water and fresh fruit to help you hydrate after a tough day wandering around Bratislava

We felt like kings and queens when arriving and found out about the history and perfect location of this hotel. We had an enormous room and city center was just outside the horn door. Great place with nice staff.
Air condition did not reach the low temperatures, but sufficient for decent sleeping.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the center.
We were disappointed about the quality of the breakfast, we stayed in this hotel few years ago and the standards definitely dropped.
