Super Lage, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt. Highlight war für uns die Skylinebar.

Die Preise in der Skylinebar sind sehr hoch.

Probably the only positive aspect is the breakfast!

A central position like this hotel without parking is pretty negative, very noisy, and without the possibility of having a decent dinner. the restaurant on the roof was very nice but a bunch of drunken young people forced us to leave the place.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que j'ai pu manger dans ce type d'hôtel, tant au niveau de la qualité des aliments que de la variété. Les lieux sont propres, tous les détails sont soignés. J'ai fait l'expérience du spa, j'ai vécu un moment de bien être et de détente incroyable. J'ai utilisé la salle de sport tous les jours, celle ci est très bien équipée pour une salle d'hôtel. La literie est confortable et la chambre très bien insonorisée.

J'ai trouvé la chambre de base plutôt petite. J'ai eu du mal à régler le système de ventilation dans la chambre.

We had a great time exploring wintery Riga and the nearby national park. We had a free upgrade to a room with great views over the city and the staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast included was buffet-style, it had plenty of vegan options like muesli, fruit, bread for toasting, vegan cakes, non-dairy milks as well as some cooked items too. A lot of this was in a separate section too. The location of the hotel is great, it's a short (10 minutes max) walk to the old town, it also has an underground car park below which I think costs about 15-20 Euros per 24 hours. My wife really enjoyed her time in the ESPA, would definitely recommend :-)

The pool in the active leisure area was a bit crowded with children playing and it wasn't so relaxing, however the thermal suite was a much more relaxing experience.

Everything, fabulous hotel, excellent location, breakfast outstanding, quality and quantity of food at breakfast was superb, all staff so helpful.

If I was to complain, beds are too soft & you have to pay to use of pool/sauna, €25 for 2.5 hours, which I thought was expensive.

Very dated hotel rooms. Not hot water in the shower, shower door falling, only one pillow. We were charged extra to use the tiny pool they advertise as award-wining. We were “upgraded” after paying €55 extra a day to have access to the small pool and underwhelming crowded spa. We were welcomed to the spa as “it is too crowded, maybe come some other day…”! There are many hotels truly in the city center so avoid this one

We could not use spa although it was in the room rate. We asked if it should be prebooked and reception told it is not necessary. When we arrived to spa, we were told that there are too many people. Hotel is little bit worn and there were too many people in breakfast.

Très bel hôtel très bien placé! Et quelle vue de la chambre!! Quand à celle du skyline bar,elle est époustouflante !! Riga est une ville magnifique! Le spa est beau et propre. Tres bon accueil à la réception et aux bars. Délicate attention pour mon anniversaire,merci!!

I liked the gym, spa and sauna. The location is handy and the bar and staff were excellent.

The gym is free, which is a bonus, but charging twenty-five Euro for using the spa and sauna is a bit rich. I can accept a charge, but a more modest one would have done the hotel greater credit.

Even hotel namo indicates ist spa, they don’t have one. You have to go another building and pay additionally. Poor breakfast.

The view and the Rooftop, rooms were also nice and the location between old town and the hipper modern districts was perfect.

The room was noisy at night due to the club in the basement. After calling, the friendly front desk man brought me some earplugs and a spa Voucher. However, in a hotel of this category, quiet rooms instead of club music can be expected and spa access is usuall included.
