The room was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The food is not great quality and options for muslims was very limited in breakfast area, most of the food had pork. Even the other food wasn’t very good.

Mooie ligging en goede service , spijtig dat niet alle restaurants open waren . De prijzen zijn volgens Thaise normen veel te hoog , waardoor de meeste mensen buiten het resort gaan eten , en ik verschillende keren alleen zat te eten in een te grote zaal , wat de sfeer en gezelligheid niet bevordert.

This is my first time staying at Dusit after my friend's recommendation. Honestly, I can’t express my feelings as everything was excellent, from the warm reception, from the staff professionalism towards the smiley goodbye. The hotel is super clean, breakfast amazing & don’t miss the afternoon tea plz. Last, a big thanks to “Supaporn Pana” who kept calling & asking if we needed anything, even if she saw us walking around, she would greet us and make sure that everything was OK. For sure, I’ll come again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed, the hotel floor was very wet and sticky when we first stepped in , 1 night after that , it is full of water everywhere ( not worth $200 for that ) we order in room food , but no bottle opener , have to call them a lot times for that , after 30 mins. Have to call to get the hair dryer too. Water in the bathtub is yellowish . I dare not to use .- photo attached And staff didn’t know their restaurant opening time too, we were told restaurants close at 1030pm , but then again it is actually close at 10pm . Food is not so yummy for the price given.

Loved everything about it especially the staff who were very kind and friendly. The place for a quiet beach stay away from the madding crowd of Patong ( if you’re not into nightlife)

The shower was slow to drain water . Probably choked cos it also smelled a little funky. We just didn’t use it much and used the bathtub instead so didn’t bother us. Only negative point.

Staff are very kind and friendly. We could enjoy the light party at lobby at night;dancing with another tourists ,with good live music.Swimming pool is near by beach. Convenient store is in front of the hotel main gate. Children enjoyed Kids Activities.

The hotel is as expected and as described, clean, quiet, the staff is very helpful. The Thai people are very nice, and welcoming the visitors to their country. The beach-side rooms have stunning view. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel offers many activities like feeding fish and Thai cooking class. I liked the food menu on the TV, and how easy it is to make an order using the smart TV.

The beach area needs to have some activities like jet ski, and others. The location of the hotel is far from the active area of Phuket. The transportation cost generally in Phuket is more expensive than in Bangkok, so that you spend more money for the transportation from/to the hotel.

very poor breakfast. if you like Flies infused juices then you are at the right place. also don’t forget the fruits garnished with bugs with little hint of sourness. I ended up ordering breakfast to avoid going to the free breakfast that they have given us. the property is old and it shows. poorly renovated rooms. poor house keeping one time the floor was soaking wet after cleaning. if your looking for pool side service then good luck finding a waiter. they never come and never ask if you needed anything

Sometimes there were problems communicating due to language but it was always resolved.

Amazing for a family of 4 with young children and grandparents. We travel a lot and this was a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday that keeps the kids and parents entertained

Easy access to the beach. Big and comfortable beds and bathroom. Good dining options. Helpful and kind staff.

Some facilities are getting a bit outdated. The breakfast was too western for my taste, i was expecting more variety of asian food.
