Rooms are big and have all you need. Our rooms - pool view/pool access are amazing. It is very good experience. Pools are big, clean with some fun equipment! Access to the beach is just perfect - no need to cross any street / road. It is really beach resort. Beach is big with a lot of things to do - fun, sports, eat. Breakfast are very good but not the best as expected. Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA gym across the street is perfect experience!!

The first 3 nights we did not have rooms we have paid for. We got some credits for it but who wants to move after 3 nights? Internet connection is not good. It must be improved!

Lovely hotel, helpful friendly staff. Very helpful with wedding guests that stayed there.

Loungers around pool were completely taken every morning early hours or night before so no availability at all with sun umbrellas. We had to go to what is supposed to be private beach each day and pay for loungers. My sister complained here bed in room was hard and had to get toppers twice for bed.

Nice place and clean pool. Good food during our stay. Hotel's mobile app was great and easy to use.

It’s perfect! The beach was beautiful and not crowded! Pools where amazing. Staff were so friendly! 9/10 due to a bit of glass in our room pool that my son stepped on and cut his foot.

A holiday facility of average standards for families with children. Beach restaurant and bar area is cool with dj performance.

It has an ordinary, careless decoration. There is no traditional Thai atmosphere. When checking in to the hotel, I asked for water from the reception, but unfortunately there was none:( The beach is small and there are few sun loungers. An extra payment of 5000bht is required for sun loungers at the pool and beach. It's ridiculous!

It was our second time there. The resort is at the beach. Coffee bar at the beach , there is a pool. So you can chose , which is very nice. The people who work at the resort are very nice and helpful. Will come back again.

They just opened a new restaurant - beach club, looks very nice and cosy. Only when you ask for a starter and a main course, you don;t want to get the your main course and your starter together at the same time. So please make sure if clients ask for a starter you will first serve the starter and once finished you serve the main course. Hope the beach club will be successfull.

Notre chambre paraissait vieillotte, et sentait l’humidité et la moisissure. Nous avons signalé le problème, et on nous a déménagés dans une autre chambre, identique!! Il ne nous était pas possible de rester dans cet hôtel. Malgré notre mécontentement, l’établissement a refusé tout compromis pour un remboursement, voir partiel, de notre semaine. Finalement, nous avons trouvé moins cher pour beaucoup mieux!

Hotel was great value for money. Good spot on the beach, pool was great and rooms were a great size. Staff were very professional and helpful. A very good location for kids, particularly young ones. We felt very safe in the area. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and we had everything we needed.

Resort was a bit dated but it was well maintained. Our biggest challenge was that Bang Tao is far away and there is no public transport nearby, so we spent a lot on taxis to sight see. However that said, there are benefits to this, as it meant more relaxation by the beach and a quieter atmosphere overall as we weren't in the hustle and bustle. The hotel did play music every night (until 10pm and 11pm some nights), which we could hear in the room. This was ok, but not my preference as I prefer quiet at night.

Everything was so good. Staff , food, all the place, cleaning. For me is the best place where I was been ! We have surpassed in the room from the hotel and I feel like I’m paradise. I want to back one day , exactly there !

The breakfast is amazing! So much variety. Cooking station and Thai coffee cart. Best breakfast I’ve had so far.

Room was realy BIG. We had a pool access room, loking on back side, and it was amazing. Pools are great, easy to access and clean. I love that there was a lot of trees. Beach was close and clean. Breakfast was great.

You have to spend 600bht to use beach loungers and 2000bht to use the pool loungers that are in the water. For us it's a little out the way but the hotel is stunning.

The amazing lagoon style pool was lovely. Rooms facilities suited our needs. Breakfast buffet had many things to pick from.

The hallways into the rooms very very unwelcoming and filthy dirty. They could all do with a high pressure water clean. The rooms are clean but not the hallways. Difficult to find out what the hotel offers as no folder in room with program or information, such as the shuttle bus. Food and beverages very expensive and cocktails seemed very diluted in happy hour. As a non smoker this was not very pleasant for me, as people smoking cigarets and marijuana that smelt out our room. The air conditioner was leaking water into our room. TV could not get any reception. We booked 2 rooms and we were placed in different buildings and told no rooms available closer but this did not seem to be true. The main issue, paying for a sun lounge at the beach at $30 AUS per day per person is ridiculous. When i booked the hotel months ago i did not see this in the reviews. Had I of known this I would not book this hotel. The resort is advertised as private beach, it is not private and you need to pay extra for the beach. The location is very far from attractions and not many shops or restaurants close by.

Everything was wonderful. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Although it would be better to see some more vegetarian options. Swimming pool is the best part. Kids just loved it. 2 kids clud and another slides area were very helpful in keeping the kids busy Beach is also very good. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service to local markets is a bonus point. Overall a wonderful stay. We look forward to come here again many times.

The location of the hotel was good and the cleaning staff were very nice.

This was one of the worst hospitality hotels we have ever stayed at. The communication at the hotel was very bad, we asked them about chairs on the beach but they were unable to provide a hidden policy saying that chairs are extra. The policy on bookings.com also does not state that chairs are extra. If you are going to call yourself a beach hotel and then not provide something as simple as a beach chair then this company does not know anything about hotel hospitality. The restaurants were all empty during the night and so we're the bars due to the excessive mark up on drinks and food around the resort. To give an indication on the markup of drinks, the resort sells a coke for 80 BHT however at the supermarket is only 8 BHT. If you want your guests to enjoy the hotel then why make everything so expensive. Even guests from Europe were complaining about the prices. After I paid the hotel bill they messaged me when I was already home saying I must pay extra because they had to make an extra bed for my girl who we did not want her to share a bed with her brother. Why did they not tell me this at the hotel which we stayed at for 17 nights. Why did they not say this when I paid my bill on the last day? Lastly they was not a single employee that could understand English properly, every day the employees just said they do not understand.
