Room size was excellent. Clean. Comfortable.

Rest of the hotel was very basic. Good enough for the small conference I was there for. But basic.

Great location, close to under ground station. Reception staff were good especially Josiet, he was very helpful and kind. Third time in this hotel during our visit to London, will definitely come back.

Room freezing cold air con was broken and didn’t turn off slept in jackets

We were a family of four that stayed at the hotel due to a concert at O2. Nice, safe area, with great restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the city centre due to the Canary Wharf station close to the hotel. -And the new Elisabeth line goes directly to Heathrow. Great breakfast with warm, fresh bread.

Great location, right next to transport links making it easy to get into central London and London City Airport. Room was spacious, clean and ideal for a family stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Bathroom door didn’t fit properly and took a bit of wiggling to get it shut. We had three towels on the first night for the three of us and ended up with two each of the subsequent nights despite not asking for them to be changed. Sorted by reception and housekeeping but it kept happening.

I liked the room and the birthday surprise for my partner! Was really great so thank you

Lots of food left in corridors for hours which made the hallways smell really bad

Extremely expensive for what it is, even for London (not very modern facilities) Moquette even in the room (why this choice in 2024?): not good for dust allergies Not very clean: hair on pillow/bed linen (either they were not washed or it was the cleaner’s hair)

The service was fantastic throughout the whole experience, we were able to check in early which gave us a chance to see more of Canary Wharf without having to trek our suitcases every where and get freshened up! The place felt so relaxing and had everything we needed.

Possibly some biscuits in the coffee and tea tray in the room, and a vending machine in the entrance for late night snacks i( e if been to a gig or had a late night )

Great location for London Trips. So easy to to use tube for Central London & other attractions. Limited Car Parking available. Good quality buffet breakfasts.

Signs for Car Park could be better.

Breakfast isn't included in already expensive price. Rooms are spacious but view was pretty bad, felt like i was in the middle of construction site, parking was too expensive and not very well managed, had to wait for ages for someone to open the shutter

We kept requesting more tea,coffee and milk for the room In the end on both nights we had to go down to reception to get them!!!!

The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Free glass of prosecco on arrival and very friendly staff. Used the hotel for a gig at the O2 and would use it again for a London trip. Easy access to the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines. Great value overall.

Felt the breakfast was slightly pricey. Probably about right for London but added to the price of the room, it still felt reasonable overall.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport and restaurants in Canary Wharf

Good location for reaching O2 Arena and Greenwich sights. Comfortable and safe.

Breakfast is ok, but staff behind counter preparing eggs and food do not say hello or ask if I need anything, I walked away and grabbed ready food instead.

Lokalita je vynikající !!!

Jediné, co se mi nelíbilo, okna nejsou otevírací !!! Mne hrozne chyběl vzduch! Občas je potřeba vyvětrat. Chápu, ze to je z bezpečnostních důvodu.
