The bar staff were incredibly slow; the lobby and areas were noisy due to renovations; The Club room facilities were dated and cramped.

The pillow were very uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.

We got a room with a view of the next building’s roof (we were room 1122). It didn’t make for an enjoyable vista. Also the pillows were very soft and need updating.

Enough to eat, enough choices, but sometimes crowded and must queue.

The bed was very comfortable and the room offering was great.

Access into the hotel from the street is not ideal, and the lifts were not operating well, so lengthy waits & use of stairs was required.

Great location and the room was of good standard

Lifts constantly broke down leading to Long waits and long lines of gusts waiting for the elevators. Also the food and beverage staff were not attentive to customers requiring needing to go and find staff to take orders - this happened on a few occasions resulting in giving up and going elsewhere to have a drink and food

2 of 3 lifts out of service was a disgrace. Seems it's an ongoing issue and staff had nothing to say about it.

Location is excellent. The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

No valet service!!! What?! 😮 Upon arrival no welcome wagon, no warm welcome from the bellman. We arrived up to the lobby to find it all boarded up for renovation. Breakfast was nice but the staff were very disorganised, we witnessed guests cleaning their own tables 🤯 looooong wait for coffee! The room was clean and comfortable but only two towels in the room for three booked guests 😐 I would not call the a 5 star hotel, sorry.

This is a very centrally located hotel in the heart of the Sydney CBD, with easy access to shops, restaurants and sights. The rooms are very large and comfortable with good views. The price we got was good value for money.

There is some renovations going on it the hotel, so they is some noise.

The property was well presented and has a comfortable feel. The pool was nice, the rooms were clean and we loved the lobby lounge bar ,food and decor with inviting seating. We stayed 5 hours there drinking and eating

Excellent location. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds.

Pool was quite small and crowded.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well! Pillow were dreamy. Casting option on digital screen was simply to use and allowed us to select our favourite Series to watch. Nespresso machine a bonus! Staff on Ground floor were very helpful, entertaining and despite a huge amount of luggage made it easy for us to spend extra couple hours in the ity before we went home!

L'hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et silencieuses. Le breakfast est très bien organisé, copieux, varié.

Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de verres pour les brosses à dents. Près des toilettes, il n'y a pas de balayette pour la cuvette. C'est essentiel après chaque utilisation. Par ailleurs, manque également un désodorisant.

The location is good in the downtown area. Beds are confortable. The bathtube is really good with very big water input and can be filled very soon. So we used it almost every night

It takes quite some time to wait for the lift in the morning (I feel like more than 10 minutes), as our room is 12th floor, relatively low.
