Amazing location, lots of space and very clean. It overall exceeded our expectations.
The kitchen was very bare. A few more dishes and kitchen supplies would have been helpful.

I’m convinced Dolphin House is the best place to stay in London! The rooms are large and spacious and contain everything you would need. I stayed at dolphin house for just over two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the neighbourhood is. the shops on the property made life much easier as you could just pop down to grab whatever you were missing. I didn’t use the gym but I ate at the restaurant and the cafe often and they were really good!
the room itself was perfect, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a vanity and a dining table.
overall I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in London!
I have only have a minor complaint, the outlets are inconveniently placed (which I’m aware is not the hotels fault) so it would be nice to have access to an extension cord.

A lovely little suite. Quiet, clean, peaceful. Really useful after a busy day.
The only thing that could have been better was that teh main light switches didn't work. May have been my fault, as all teh other electrics worked fine. Might be worth either a check, or a note to guests.

The location was very good.
the noise level in the room was very high because the apartment was right on the escape route.
Unfortunately there was no elevator on the first floor, we had to go to the second floor and then down the emergency stairs to the first floor. which was not ideal with a stroller.
In addition, the staff was extremely cold and unfriendly!

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff and amenities close by. The rooms were well equipped, spacious and the beds really comfy. Thank you for our stay - would definitely book here again.

Great room, enormous, in a good location easily accessed by the tube. the staff were friendly. the pool was a lovely perk.
breakfast included would have been the icing on the cake but plenty of places to eat in a Pimlico so I didn’t miss it too much

It has all the facilities you require for a hassle free stay. Central location is an added bonus.
The laundry room is more of a labyrinth. I somehow got lost there a couple of times and figured there are more than one….The fire door in the kitchen was annoying as it kept flushing you out.

Clean, spacious older style apartments with use of gym facilities. Flexible booking and great onsite coffee shop. Would stay again and give it 8.5 if I could
The biggest issue is the WiFi. Slow, and continually drops out, had to use portable hotspot. The lighting could be better as well and a bit more crockery provided

the heating was on high, didn’t see how to control the temperature so had to have windows open in high winds

As always, great and comfortable rooms with well equipped kitchen and access to the pool and sauna.
Very poor WIFI, only 1.5Mbps. Luckily strong 4G signals were available to by pass the WIFi.
No control, or even switch, for the huge towel rails meant the bathrooms were uncomfortably hot.

the swimming pool wasn’t open and the closure wasn’t updated on your site or dolphin apartment which was really disappointing as that was the whole point of our stay
