The team at the Brentwood are always helpful and friendly. Even when they are short staffed they go above and beyond to help ensure guests are not effected. They need a massive pat on the back and recognition for a job well done!

The rooms are clean but very dated and could do with a refurb.

Staff were brilliant. Food was good

Rooms were tired. One room didn't have a window in it. Toilet seat kept falling off and the bathroom door kept sticking, so you walked into it, all the time.

Cheap price and located at a pub

Bathroom felt a little like something you'd find in a hospital could do with a little updating.

This is a really great place to stay. The location is good and the building is impressive. Staff were fantastic, we were large family group and the staff were more than accommodating. They set up a separate room where we could all sit together for breakfast. Both ladies went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. Thank you.

Location good for crematorium. Requested room with window which was granted, thank you. Ideal for good meal & drink onside.

Silicone in ensuite needed changing& lack of USB socket.

The two ladies at reception were very friendly.

The place is dirty, the corridors smell fusty and the rooms are unclean. The breakfast area was dirty, along with the cups and utensils. The pictures show the old main building, but the room is in a basic brick built (Soviet style) annex. Which is misleading.
