Pillows weren’t comfortable had neck pain next day. Breakfast were running out. Shower water were getting cold and hot.

Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was lots of parking and a good location.. Good selection at breakfast The shower was lovely and powerful.and the temperature of the room was easy to adjust/ control.

Ordered the Asian Tapas, which was nice, but as a foodie, I feel like they were trying to pass Scampi off as squid.. Double glazing could do with updating. I could still hear traffic quite a lot. The first day WiFi worked fine on the second day, I couldn't connect to it at all. The 'fitness centre' was very small, the equipment was so close together it felt intrusive it was so busy it could do with a bigger space. It was quite uncomfortable, so ruined my workout

The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good apart from the coffee. The bar area was comfortably furnished and equipped too.

The bedroom was very poor, although it was clean. The decor was tatty, the room was cold, the view from the window was of lots of rubbish bins, the television didn't work (even the replacement TV only worked for 30 minutes before giving up completely. There were no sockets near the bed so I couldn't use my cpap machine. All in all very disappointed with the room.

The staff were lovely. The room we had (314) was huge … two queen sized bed, a sofa area with coffee table and an are with a table and four chairs where you quite happily order up a meal and eat there.

The noise from the traffic outside completely took away and pleasure. I’m disabled and find it hard to drop off to sleep … even with sleeping pills I was unable to do so … The noise from the dual carriageway went on all night …and I drove home half asleep. Breakfast was not very nice. The staff hadn’t switch the hot ‘plate’ heater on, so any warm food you were putting on your plate went immediately cold. The bacon was grim. Looked fine, but when you turned it over it had that wet, white jelly like stuff that should have been cooked off.

The leisure facilities are a lovely bonus. The selection of breakfast food was very good. There is a good WiFi signal throughout the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Well done. The hotel is clean and tidy.

The music playing constantly outside the entrance is unnecessary! Being metres from a dual-carriageway, the noise from the traffic woke me up far too early, at 5.30am. each of the 3 days I stayed at the hotel. Could the windows be better sound-proofed? A fridge in the bedroom would be a useful addition. More importantly, a bigger heated towel-rail is necessary and save changing towels as often, even though I didn’t change them every day. I realise the bathroom is small so there isn’t anywhere to put the size of heated towel rail needed, unless it was put in the bedroom? Somewhere to hang a hand towel is necessary please. Some decaffeinated tea in the bedroom would be a nice gesture for those of us who need to avoid caffeine and don’t like coffee. At breakfast, the fact that hot drinks are only available via a machine is disappointing as tea, for example, is not as good as that produced manually. I can imagine there must be a queue to use the machine at busy breakfast times. Some of the hot breakfast items were overcooked and inedible at 9am, even though breakfast is available until 9.30am. Fried eggs and black pudding were the most affected. The waitress provided more when asked. I should have mentioned earlier that the sausages were particularly good, especially the Cumberland Pork ones. The temperature in the changing rooms for the leisure facilities was incredibly cold on one of the 3 mornings I visited at 7.45am. and could only be described as just about adequate on the other 2 mornings. The leisure club members told me this is a regular occurrence, despite complaining about it repeatedly over several years. Why should it be so cold? I swim regularly and have never encountered changing rooms as cold as this.

We had nearly hour wait for our food. . Staff kept oplogising for delay We were cold & hungry. It was husbands birthday. So but upsetting. We were apologized to profusely & no charge for meal or drinks rest of night to make up for it. Food was exlent when got it. TV

Sadly not much, due to the unhygienic conditions in the room. From mould on the window, filthy bathroom fan and air-conditioner unit inside and out (seems like it has never been cleaned) when switched on it filled the room with strong smell and made us sneeze non stop even after it being switched off for 30min.

Poor cleaning!!! We stayed in the cooperate room 12 downstairs Fridge had black moulds, tea area had dusts and tea spills highly shows they were clearly not cleaned. Water marks on chairs in the room, could do with good wash. Some splatter marks on walls, kids drawing on walls. The curtains had cobwebs, parts fallen off the hooks and stain patches. Wardrobe had dusts , had to wipe them to place cloths on the shelve. Won’t advice clean clothes on the shelves without wiping. It is such a shame as the staff were really nice, even the house keeping team as they replenished our supplies. It’s a place we are happy to return several times but will had to bring a cloth and spray for a deep clean in other to fully enjoy it. One of the beds had fallen on one side.

Dinner and breakfast food quality was exceptional and service was excellent .

No filter coffee at breakfast. Was told there weren’t enough cafetières. The alternative Americano from the machine was poor quality .

Our room was massive three double beds. The kids loved that. Weused the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. Overall very happy.
