The location is great their outdoor pool and closeness to facilities are 10/10

The indoor pool was closed
Told we would be close to another booking (booked same time) and were 20 floors away
The rooms are very old, we actually had to move because the fist room was so subpar it was a joke, the second room was okay, still old and smelly
Super super dissapointed the pool was closed with no notice with a child with a disability an indoor pool was honestly minimum on our list so that being removed was shit and no apology from staff they were borderline rude

The location was amazing everything surrounding us close and within walking distance, the hotel itself was beautiful had many things to do and see especially the pool and the kids games room was amazing.
The only thing which was disappointing and dampened the entire trip especially around comfort was the apartment was extremely hot and to drop temperature we depended on the sea breeze which some nights was hot itself and just the air cons did not work instead of having a comfortable sleep we were sweating. If the aircons were amazing this hotel would be 100% perfect

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. There was a supermarket at the base of the building and two more within easy walking distance. These were plenty of restaurants in the area. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was well designed with a good sized kitchen, dining and lounge area. The two bathrooms were clean. Our unit was on the 7th floor, the lowest level with apartments so the view was not brilliant, but we were not bothered. The building is on the tram line which we did not use, but which was might be useful for others. On arrival our TV did not work, but a quick call at reception and the maintenance team were able to fix the problem within 30 minutes - great service.
The lifts could become very crowded at check-in and check-out times but you learnt to avoid those times.

The outdoor pools were too cold. The apartment was advertised as sea view and whilst you could see the sea if you went on to the balcony and turned your head to the right, it was not quite the views shown in the photos. Nonetheless the views of the waterways were pleasant.

Location was good. Had all the facilities expected at a hotel and the staff were very helpful and accomodating.
The traffic to enter and leave the hotel was terrible and the beds were a little squishy.

there was a broken mirror and photo frame, room looked a bit dirty on arrival but was fine! lots of things had chips in them that made it a little bit bad but it was fine

The location is a bonus, especially with the mall/supermarket below.
The facilities provided within the complex are very good. The lagoon pool and gardens are lovely.
The neighbouring childcare center within the mall seem to use a space directly below the tower as a dumping ground for their old/broken gear which is a bit of an eye sore for tenants.

Beautiful views from our ocean view room, very comfortable, attractive apartment and friendly helpful staff. Lots of facilities on-site like lagoon, spa,fitness room, heated pool and outdoor pool. The hand soap and shampoo and conditioner, smelled divine!!! Close to everything!!!

The location was excellent. Only walking distance to shops and surfers paradise beach and all transportation.

The location was great, as was the hotel and the room except no ocean view.
I requested a high floor as it was my first time to the Gold Coast with an ocean view, I was told I had a guaranteed ocean view, preferably in the same tower as friends checking in the following day. None of these request were actioned.
When checking in, I was not made aware of any services, access to areas, lifts off after 9pm with no signage. Better communication is required.

The apartment is a bit tired , the tv was very small, no tvs in the rooms, we had to get an internet box from reception because the room had no internet.

Location of the hotel is fantastic to get to have a look around the gold coast. Very close to supermarket to get groceries. Close to gold coast beach. Close to lots of food venues
The apartment was very untidy, and dirty, big chunk of hair in the shower bay which was disgusting, couch pillows were dirty, reception staff were very rude in arrival.
The room was not what was expected.
I have stayed in the apartments before on higher levels and the apartment was amazing and very clean.
Spa was not working, staff closed the pool early and were rude to kick people out

The location
Having to leave a $300 bond this was not mentioned at all and ate into our budget even though it was returned a week later it left us strapped for cash while we were on holiday as we didn’t budget for it. Also we’re not told the indoor pool would be closed for renovation. Had we have known that we might have booked elsewhere.

the area was very convenient and close to everything, very spacious room loved the pools
the cupboards in kitchen and drawers all seemed broken, quite a few dents in walls. Quite outdated. car park needs to have more Mantra assigned ones as there wasn’t many. little ant bugs all over bench around sink when we arrived. the body wash/ hand soap bottles were both empty in the master bathroom even after house keeping had serviced our room still weren’t filled

We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Was a great size. Great facilities. Great view. Close to so much.
Kids loved watching the Slingshot out thier window.
Nothing really, the hotel could probably use a few new updates in the next few years. But nothing major stuck out to us.

Had issue finding car park late Friday night. Took half hour of driving. Why does each apartment not have its own dedicated car park?

Amazing location, incredible view, good price and fantastic facilities.
Fridge was so loud. Vacuum cleaner didn’t work properly and hadn’t been emptied for a long time. Apartment and carpets need a good clean and make over but for the price and location I am still very happy.
