We loved our stay here. As I was staying for over a week to recover from surgery I wanted somewhere relaxing and that felt a bit more homely vs a hotel, this place was perfect. Right across from the beach and had views of the both the river and beach. The best equiped apartment I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has everything. Facilities and outdoor areas are well maintained and everyone was lovely. Look forward to staying here again next time.

Nothing. The place was great!

Location was excellent. The apartment was big and spacious, with everything you could mostly need on site. Beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning and celling fan in the bedroom was appreciated and helped us cope with the 28-degree heat in August. Great having a free carpark onsite.

Iron did not work. Mould on some of the curtains. Pool on sight stated it was heated.... it defiantly was not which was disappointing. Also did not like the fact that we had to evacuate when fire alarm went off, only to be told by the manager on duty that they don't bother evacuating unless the fire alarm says please evacuate the building...... would have been helpful to know this prior to the fire brigade arriving.!!! Going down 11 flights of stairs at night in your pj's ..... not cool.

Great place to stay with family. Right across from the beach and also a pool at the apartment if you wanted to go for a quick dip. The view from the balcony was amazing and mountain views from the kitchen, every window you looked out from had a wonderful view. Easy check-in and out process. Free onsite parking, undercover. The place is not far from the Surfers Paradise central, just minutes walk and easy enough to navigate to. Plenty of amenities in the apartment. Since we were staying near the beach, I was washing clothes nearly everyday and there was plenty of laundry detergent. Enough dishwashing tablets to last us our stay. Basic cooking ingredients. Great place to stay with the family, 2 y/o and a 11 y/o. Amazing views from all around. Would highly recommend the place.

Couple of minor inconveniences was just that the ceiling lights were a bit low and we kept bumping into them and when we open the windows they would swing, which kind of terrified us incase it broke. Balcony glass was cracked, so a bit of a hazard for the little one. Just make sure you bring some extra TP if you're staying for a while, what was supplied wasn't enough for our family of 4.

Severe lack of amenities, didn't receive any pool or beach towels. We were charged an extra $300 from our booking price as a 'sundries' charge with no explanation or breakdown of what this cost actually was.
