Excellent location, comfy beds, lovely staff

A significant - but hilarious - issue with the en suite. The sliding door was very dodgy - it slid rather too much! On first use it came off the top runner (there was no runner at the bottom). The manager came immediately to reinstate it, but it really wasn't satisfactory, not least because once you were in the bathroom there was no handle - ie no way of getting out! Luckily there were three of us, so we could call for help!

Came for the Mighty Hike and didn’t get a Chance to have breakfast because of our start time. The bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy, we had an amazing nights sleep before our long hike. Location is perfect & view from the room stunning. Nicest bath towels I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The sensor light in bathroom was too little timed. Went out while using the toilet and while using the shower.

At this price why was breakfast not included. Ten pounds for a breakfast on top of the room price was a little expensive. So I can not comment on the quality of the breakfast. There never seemed to be anyone on reception just a bell. even after ringing the bell three times no one came. Last resort was to ring the hotel from reception. This seemed the only way to get anyone’s attention. Other than the points above this is a nice little Hotel in a great location but could be even better.

Good location, car parking onsite although limited spaces, ground floor room very quiet, breakfast extra charge but very good.

Very clean and fresh had everything we needed .lovely decorated and modern .we got front room with a lovely view of the sea . Breakfast was generous and very good well worth the money

Would of liked toilet nearer to room or ensuite. Couldn't get channel's on tv

Lovely location,room was cosy with lovely views out onto the sea. Quite peaceful. All staff were very friendly .

Didn't like the shower, water was hardly coming out . Could do with updating. Heater in room not warm enough.

The ease of checking in. Fantastic location. check out process easy. Amazing breakfast with excellent service. Paying for breakfast at check in is good in time saving.

Nice clean room with a comfy bed and great sea view. Shared bathroom was also kept clean with a big, hot, high pressure shower. Friendly welcome on arrival.

The road is quite noisy if you’ve got a room that backs onto it. WiFi wasn’t great on the top floor.
