Superb Finnish breakfast, very helpful staff and in a great location.

Room didn’t seem as big as advertised but was fine.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice staff at reception. Large breakfast room. Nice extras in the room (umbrella, hairdryer). Separate lockers to store luggage. Big selection at breakfast buffet.

The bench in the room was not wide enough to hold my suitcase. Would have liked scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel staff was super friendly and flexible. I was able to check out couple of hours later than normally so I could carry on working. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Hotel was quiet and location is really nice.

I booked the hotel as it was described that they have a gym. However it is only open from 10am and closes quite early. I couldn't go there after my business dinner nor next morning. It was disappointing. Room was really small and you can see it's made with cheap materials.

We had a lovely two nights in Helsinki for our family with two twin rooms (more like doubles, but individual duvets, so no problem). Very comfortable rooms - one was an accessible room so had extra space, beautiful breakfast, and a great location right in the centre of Helsinki.

Excellent location. Really comfortable beds. Polite and friendly staff.
