اولاً لا تستطيع التحكم في التكيفات إلا من الاستقبال في ردهة الفندق لم ارى شيئا مثل هذا في حياتي و مناشف الفندق ليست نظيفه أبدا وخدمة الغرف متواضعه للغاية

Good spread and location was so good.

Close to the city, very friendly staff and surprisingly amazing food in the restaurant at night. Pizza was much better compared to some Italian restaurants I went to.

View isn’t ideal due to construction and the beds have been saggy and totally soft.

Sijainti todella hyvä, niin linnanmäkireissuun kuin ostoksilla käyntiinkin. Ystävällinen ja joustava palvelu. Siistiä ja raikasta. Allas ihana lisä.

Pidetään paikasta, ei tähän mainittavaa.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Helsinki , schön gelegen am Wasser Die Sehenswürdigkeiten können sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Klimaanlage konnte nicht reguliert werden. Im Zimmer dadurch sehr kühl und zum Frühstück extrem kühl . Im Bad Badewanne, Dusche wäre günstiger. Die Möbel ziemlich abgenutzt.

아침식사는 그냥저냥. 위치는 나쁘지 않았지만 공사로 인해 걸어야 하는 시간이 길었어요. 힘들었어요. 경치도 나쁜건 아니지만 역시 공사 중이라 좋지만은 않았죠. 사우나와 수영장은 꽤 만족스러웠어요.

주변이 공사중이라 걷는 거리가 길었다는 게 문제였어요.

Super Lage. Gute Anbindung ans Tramnetz. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Gut ausgestattet Zimmer.

Hotelbar schliesst sehr früh.

Ravintolassa oli eriomainen palvelu. Eräs vähän vanhempi tarjoilija , jolta saimme erinomaista palvelua. Nuorempi tarjoilija kiilasi ja tuli väliin palvelemaan mritä siitä en pitänyt tipit olisin antanu vanhemmalle tarjoilijalle.

Locatie heerlijk downtown maar toch lekker rustig. Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en van goed kwaliteit.

De gym is een teleurstelling, had er (veel) meer van verwacht

Hotel is clean and Facilities are excellent. Staff friendly and happy to help. Near public transport , restaurants and markets. Easy to get around.

Ein sauberes und schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Uns hat geärgert, dass z.B. Bademäntel bei einer gewissen Zimmerkategorie nicht inklusive sind und dann nur gemietet werden können.

1. Room had a really nice view 2. Within a walking distance to the center, around 15 mins maximum 3. Staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean. 4. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety.

The hotel layout is impressive with a big atrium and glass elevators. you can see that the hotel had its primes a few decades ago, some appliances and furnitures are rather dated, but that's nothing really to worry about. A big plus was the breakfast hotels with very flexible times and a huge selection of food, especially for .. Finland. Also the Pool, which was opened from 6am till 10pm, allowed us a lot of relaxation in times when the weather wasn't favorable. The hotel is very close to Hakaniemi Square, where you have a Metro station, as well as a Tram stop. It's also possible to reach the ferry terminal to Estonia from that very tram stop.

The Hakaniemi Area is currently undergoing huge construction works, which will likely go on for a year or more - we were aware of that, it didn't affect my review What negatively impacted my review and downgraded it from 10 to 9 were the following points, all regarding maintenance and cleanliness: - Our Bathroom sink didnt drain. I told the front desk, but nothing happened afterwards It's ok, I can brush my teeth in the Bathtub. It's only a Hilton hotel after all. - Shampoo dispenser in the Sauna Shower wasnt refilled for 5 days. - Chewing gum on the edge of the Swimming Pool wasnt removed during our stay - Pool Tiles above the water surface have accumulated a "Patina" of dirt. Can be rubbed off with your fingers, but I would have preferred if somebody had cleaned it before i encountered it - On one day I realized that the mustard bottle at the breakfast buffet was empty, i didnt complain and just took ketchup on my sausage. on the next day, the same empty mustard bottle was again added to the breakfast buffet. Imagine the ignorance :)) Anyway, this didnt spoil my visit, I just hope that people at Hilton read this and improve their service regarding these points :)

Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä! Sisustus oli nättiä.

Huone ei ollut vastaava, kuten bookingin sivuilla myytiin. Hotellissa tuli ilmi, että huone tiedot ovat väärin bookingissa, eikä hintaan kuulunut mukavuuksia joita sivulla luki huoneen kohdalla. Tämä oli pettymys ja johti alku säätöön kirjautuessa. Hotellin henkilökunta oli kuitenkin ystävällistä ja hyvitti nämä maksutta meille.

the room was superb, breakfast was incredible perfect for my 3 days stay, Even i'm having the same breakfast everyday but it's just too good. walking distance to metro station, we've even tried to walk back from city center to hotel, which is about 20 mins and not too bad. the front view of the lake/river/sea was amazing as it was frozen during my visit - end Feb, early Mar. the elevator was quick and have nice view to the restaurant. had dinner there, all was good.

Comfortable room close to tram pickup and city center.

Siisteys, ystävällinen henkilökunta, näkymä huoneesta ja aamiaisella sai hyvää capputsinoa kahvikoneesta (kahvipapuvalintanne on onnistunut).
