Excellent location and a very nice breakfast

Being told I didn’t bring back an umbrella when I actually returned it within half an hour of use!

Good central location, keen staff. Standard rooms are well equipped and desiged.

Booking a more expensive loft room our 'better' expectations were immediately diluted when the shower flooded into the bathroom. The hotel's initial response to the issue - that 'they are all designed like that' was less than helpful and I had to push for an alternative smaller but 'better' King room. But to their credit they transferred us efficiently the next day (our request). The loft rooms have the said flooding problem, double beds and the loft area is excessively warm and requires provided mobile fans to cool......so despite the good location, keen staff - the fact that all of these issues are known by the property ...and they still push for a higher tariff, which I paid ..is symptomatic of a failure to really understand that 'customer experience' really is. Moral - opt for the cheaper rooms...which are fine.

The handwash leaked and body lotion had separated so they went everywhere. Not a biggie but not expected when everything else is such a high standard

Wie haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schnell in der Stadt zu Fuß oder auch die öffentlichen vor der Tür. Es war praktisch. Im Zimmer war alles da was wichtig ist. Leckeren Kaffee auch. Die Luft war erstaunlich okay, nicht stickig. Obwohl: Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Auch das Bad hat gut funktioniert. Bett war gut, kein Straßenlärm, wenig Geräusche im Haus. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Ausblick über den Bahnhof und zu den Hochhäuser.

Klimaanlage - manchmal zu warm oder zu kalt. Das kann schon nervig sein, weil man sich damit dann auch nachts beschäftigen darf. Wir waren aber im Jetlag. Die Unruhe in der Nacht vorprogrammiert.

Clean, convenient location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast choices, ticked all our boxes.

All the usb outlet in the PowerPoint doesn’t work which is inconvenient. Bathroom door lock is a silly design which, if you’re not familiar or careful like we did, you can shut the door from the outside and accidentally lock yourself out. Judging by the lock from the outside (where you put a screw driver to unlock it) it happens quite often to guests. Again, it is a little flaw. I’m sure management will get on top of that.

Bar and reception service was great

Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner dispensers were challenging to use as they hardly let any liquid out. Breakfast food was a bit average.

The housekeeping was pretty average. They didn’t remove rubbish from our rooms and they didn’t replace the body wash, which we had used and needed to use again.

The customer service was absolutely outstanding the service all around was great they even tucked our bags away till 6 hours or more after check out and then we couldnt get a taxi but the lady wasn't going to let that happen she booked it herself and helped every step of the way i can not thankyou enough and we will be back for certain because of the whole stay great work to all involved at this hotel ..
