Great location, very quiet rooms

The mini bar had not been serviced and there was an opened, partially drunk bottle of wine in the fridge.

The location and affordability

We had a room on the 13th floor, the room next to us we think was being refurbished. Definitely sounded like there was work happening for long periods of time. If that is the case maybe don’t rent the room out rite Nextdoor.

Fantastic location

Uncomfortable bed, no wifi, non smart tv so no access to chromecast or streaming apps. Tv only had abc and SBS. Hallways dark and dated.

Property extremely clean. Staff very helpful. Shout out to Garry for being extremely welcoming and helpful upon arrival.

Good location...and that's about all that good about this hotel!

We booked 1 room for myself and my husband and another for my daughter and her partner.The rooms were dirty and dated, the hotel is definitely not a 5* I would say its a 3.5 at the most When we checked in we paid the room cost and had to give $100 holding per room for incidentals so we charged our meal at the adjoining restaurant to our rooms, which was $200per room. When we checked out we were told we had to pay for the restaurant bill and she would then return the $100 per room and we would get that back within 5 days. I said no, the meal was an incidental and the $100 per room should be used against the bill and we would pay the remaining $200. The woman on restaurant, who claimed yo be a manager said "no! tha is nit how it works..you pay and I give you the holding deposit back!" I refused and asked for another manager, we stood there for 20 minutes and no one came so I spoke to another person (not a manager) and she said the manager is in a meeting, and yet the other woman didn't even tell me that! I asked the same person to sort the hill out and she, she was more helpful and agreed that the I was correct and all I had to pay was and extra $200 as the holding fee was used for the restaurant bill. If the other woman really was a manager then she is need of serious retraining in both customer service and knowledge of the hotel procedures!

Good central Location

Tired. Taps need washers replacing in every room (my family occupied 5 rooms total - each room had annoying leaking taps) mattress in several of our rooms had hollows in them do to over usage and no rotation.

We stayed in room 913. The room was clean but dated, the Bed was dreadful!! There was a Huge dip in the bed and felt like I was rolling out of the bed. I woke up with a really bad back.
