Breakfast good. Pool good but little "leafy".
No fridge or coffee/tea facilities in room.
No signs to reception. Reception desk bell broken.

The host was extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and he made many good suggestions as to trips and local restaurants over the 4 days we were there. It was meant to be 3. A great location for exploration, good road access. Children will adore the pool, table football and animals.
Best Bedroom ceiling, done in wood, it makes an impact.

This is an old noble house it the country side. Belongs to a beautiful farm. You'll see lots of portuguese history memorabilia. The host is very nice and helpful. Anfd I had to do some work, the internet was fast an stable.
Perhaps put a sign outside so that I know which door is the reception? Otherwise, nothing.

The property is a beautiful quinta with wonderfully preserved furniture and a welcoming host, who can balance warmth without being overwhelming. He warmed up the cottage for us ahead of arrival and ensure we knew where to go for dinner nearby. We also loved the mascot of the property, who rounded up the homey feeling for my partner and I.

Nuno is an awesome host - everything you need to know, inwards and out!
Historic and beautiful house with a lot of animals surrounding. Beautiful place with bar, fireplace and games.
The breakfast included fruit, natural orange juice, good bread, eggs and bacon.
The closest city(2km), Ourém, is know for hikes, good food, and the castle(360º degrees green view).

A beautiful old quinta and a charming host. Much of the original furniture and furnishings remain in the house and we were treated like guests in a family home. The quinta has a very rural feel and is a five minute drive from the local town.
Breakfast was excellent.
Everything is a little old fashioned but this is in keeping with the house. Currently there is no restaurant but there are plenty in town.

Lovely quinta which has been in the owners family for 400 yrs. Very helpful host, comfortable rooms & apartments, furnished with good taste, big rooms & well equipped bathrooms, fantastic breakfast served in a lovely diningroom. A place with autenic caracter and feeling of Portugal. Very quiet area near to a lot of historic sites and good restaurants. We ordered some local tapas and wine upon arrival which all was delicious.
Nothing - everything was perfect. Like staying in a pousada.

The farm and the house are amazing, beautiful gardens around and old object details that represent the history of this place. If you are planning a time off to relax with your family, this is the place to be. Inside the farm beside beautiful gardens, you can relax over a nice swimming pool, a bar, and some games you can play with the family. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff are simply very kind and helpful all the time. Mr Nuno Vasconcelos is very supportive and can give you great tips for restaurants around.

The whole setup is unusual, the farm is decades old with antiques all over, safe and plenty of space
There is no fridge to store items, this is important since there is no dinner or lunch! And there is no common microwave in the mess-hall either or water heater in the rooms (which needs maintenance for the pool and tennis equipment).

Nuno who runs the place is a great and caring host who truly looks after his guests needs. This place has a rich history passed down from generations, yet is well kept and clean, surrounded by beautiful lofty trees and big fields. Inside you will find various antiques displayed around which each tell their own stories. To top it off there are some animals living in the fields- horses, donkeys, sheep and a pony and of course Scooby the friendly resident dog which will entertain the kids for hours!
Another highlight of this place is the breakfast every morning in a beautiful room with a long table with warm croissants, rolls and fresh orange juice etc. Possibly the best breakfast ever!

The breakfast was excellent. Freshly made and generous and everything served inside an elegant dining room out of a epoch movie.

This place is really amazing - beautiful buildings and surroundings. I had only booked one night but regretted I didn't book more. Besides from the lovely scenery, my room was absolutely perfect, everything spotless and the breakfast really good. Moreover, the owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, which was such a nice extra touch.

As we arrived our host was very nice and he showed us around in his wonderful Quinta. He gave a lot of tips what to do and where to eat. Those tips were very welcome. The restaurants he recommended serve good food to nice prices. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean and hygienic. There also was a nice pool with sun beds and towel service. every room had his own beds marked by the room name.

The traditional charm of the property, the high level of maintenance and cleanliness, the friendliness of the owners, the delicious breakfast served in the most beautiful room, the building with the authentic furniture and decorations. Well - we loved everything :)

Our stay at this quinta was amazing, the place is full of history and character. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the presence of animals on or around the grounds was a real bonus for our children especially. Breakfast was a treat and set at a huge dining table (more than sufficent room for distancing of other guests with a limited number per seating) in the main house.
can't think of anything.

I stayed here for one night during the caminho to Fátima. The property. a beautiful cottage. Is located just 2km outside Ourém and easily reachable by car as well as by foot (coming from Ourém is recommendable as there is a sidewalk). The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable and the included breakfast was very rich.
Above all, the owner was such a great host providing recommendations for places to see and even offered me a ride to a good restaurant in Ourém. I would love to come back here one day.
Important to mention in these times, that all covid-related guidelines were paid careful attention to (wearing a mask, cleaning / desinfection, temperature check), so I felt very safe about my stay here.

Nuno our host was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay pleasurable. We took a superb dinner on our first night cooked by Carla his wife. The fixed menu was very generous and gave us a real idea of how good Portuguese food and wine can be.
The Quinta buildings themselves are very interesting and furnished with antiques.
The open air pool is deep enough to dive into.
We liked it
