Lots of swimming pool options, beach close by, shuttle bus with very friendly staff all round. Apartment well equipped, comfy beds and cleaned daily.

Food and drink prices complete price gouging (e.g. 10e for 1 smoothie), something kept downing a trip switch, think it was the toaster, when I rang they took the toaster but never brought a replacement. No sun on the balcony ever due to location and building shade. Resort very big so takes a while to get your bearings on it all. Football academy very expensive 70e for 2 hours for 1 child, playground would not let our 2 year old play in the indoor area where the kids clubs is even though nobody in it at all, think it should be more flexible to allow if the kids club are not using it for periods of time.

love the location, there were so many option for food. the apartments we stayed in was absolutely stunning. great pool amazing vibe.. felt very luxurious staying at pine cliff… it’s a world of its own. we went for my sisters hens for a chill weekend and couldn’t have picked any other place. will definitely be back.

the apartment was in bad condition generally with things falling a part. the worst part was the big light in the shower falling while I was bathing. it is supposed to be family friendly but the pirate boat zone was closed and without activites (in the website it said it was open during carnival season.

The grounds were absolutely stunning. So many things for my children to do. The bedrooms/apartments were absolutely spotless and cleaned everyday. We had a utility room so I could wash or iron which was fantastic. The pool was heated which was great when bringing my baby in. The pool staff were fabulous & so kind.

That the sun beds weren’t washed down at night. The que for breakfast can be very long. More of a variety for the pool side menu is needed. Price of food is very expensive. It’s hard to get a reservation in restaurants & shuttle busses are sometimes hard to get.

recycling facilities on site are non existent..and in order to get around the resort u have to ring a shuttle car (taxi) in our case up to 5 times a day..instead of the electric train which used to drive around on a loop & was much more efficient and environmental..think new management are lazy to upgrade certain areas..

This is the 3rd time staying in the residence part of pine cliffs and the 5th time we’ve visited, it’s a fantastic place to stay, from the private beach to the beautiful scenery, there’s something for everyone.
