Great location

Interiors were tired especially the bathroom, a bit under expectations for the price ie average bathtub with shower curtain and vanity basin, all of an older vintage and a bit rough round the edges.

Gutes Frühstück mit großem Warmanteil und allem, was man braucht. In die Stadt braucht man zu Fuß nur 5 bis 10 Minuten

Liegt direkt an der Straße, Schallschutz ist ein Fremdwort, eine Modernisierung wäre dringend angebracht, fleckiger Teppichboden, z.T. gammliges Bad mit ollem Duschvorhang, für den Preis inakzeptabel.

Room had spaces. Good for couple and a child.

Car park. Have to be first come to get one next to the room.

Tilava huone. Hyvä sijainti kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen.

Huoneisto ja parveke oli vilkkaan tien puolelle ja liikenteen melua oli paljon.

Having to climb up the stairs to the unit and a housekeeping staff came in too early at 9am even though check out is at 10am

ホテルルームではなく、一軒家のコテージの部屋だったので、小さな庭があり、湖もみれたので、快適な滞在でした。

チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応が悪かったです。

Close to the town, right on top of the hill so if you have young kids the walk up for them is hard.

Left my AirPods in my room, rang them when I was getting on the plane as I tracked them to the hotel, the lady told me that she would get back to me when she spoke to housekeeping never returned my call. my friend who was staying in Queenstown for a couple more days went into the hotel and he said the staff was useless and didn’t get anywhere. Then rang back said she would ring housekeeping and find out more and didn’t ring him back with more information. Even when we got to the hotel, my booming.com hadn’t come through so we left our bags for a couple of hours we returned and the conformation was still not in their system. Finally after waiting in reception I just said to book us a room and not go through booking.com. Yes my mistake for accidentally leaving things behind, but for the hotel not communicating about this problem is quite bad.
