Chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus to and from the airport for an early morning flight. Room was great service was great. Friendly atmosphere all around.

The reception was GREAT!! He was very helpful.... Our television was not working for some reason but we did not stay long at the Hotel to get another television.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and will be there again 2 more times in this month, it offers me everything I need, happy with the rooms, location, shuttle and secure parking.

Room was next to main road which was noisey. Also carpets very worn in places giving a very tired look to the place

空港シャトルは便利だったが、国内線のお迎えの場所がメールで頂いた場所(ドア7番の出た所)と連絡を貰いましたが、実際は出てから先の道路の所で、走って行ってようやく追いついて乗せてもらいました。

Large apartment type rooms with lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed. Good food, great little bar and much needed gin.

I was blown away that we were able to get a shuttle to and from the hotel at ridiculous hours. Perfect for in between flights.

The shower was a good wakeup but not fantastic.

not a big criticism a trainee staff member at front desk but senior staff were amazing in lieu of her struggling one bar staff member again super service very attentive

Free airport transfer is brilliant and the response to concerns re the heat pump not working was excellent

We were given a room for disabled people which meant we had a big shower. However the shower was at wheelchair height! The heat pump did not work and a portable heater had to be brought in. We were offered a room change but we’d got stuff everywhere and felt changing rooms was too awkward.
