I forgot an expensive face wash, but none of the staff called me to send it to my home

The property was central and convenient - location was great. The staff were amazing, particularly Cassie Liddell who assisted tracking down an item that I had accidentally left behind - I can't thank her enough. The fitness centre is amazing - probably one of the best I've seen at a hotel. The sauna was great as well.

Friendly staff and good location

Bad insolation, talking in hallways can be heard in the room. Construction work underway and no notice given in advance. Interior tired and worn. By far the least attractive Marriott I have ever stayed at.

Atención al arribo cargamos con 8 maletas sin ayuda/ alguna limpieza de cuartos dejamos la habitación 8.30 por excursión regresamos a las 17 hs el cuarto sin hacer y sin toallas en los baños . Esto sucedió en mi cuarto y el de mi hija también En el bar pedimos un té y un café tardaron 40 minutos en traerlo y tomaron 2 veces el pedido porque no recordaban .. en el restaurante de abajo llegamos a cenar tenían trapos de limpieza sobre la mesa junto con productos de higiene retiraron todo y armaron la mesa gran desprolijidad en esta categoría de hotel. Falta de atención al huésped a todo nivel .

Room decor dated. Had a twin room and no reading light for second double bed and generally lighting sub-standard. Bed so close to wardrobe couldn't access it easily. Only two English breakfast tea bags so hadn't been properly restocked. No robes or makeup kit. Bathroom very dated and average shower. No view at all. For $437 not good enough.

管理比较差。 我们这次住宿体验感非常差。从一开始的领取房卡可以感觉到他们管理有问题，员工之间的换班没有交代。 我们一开始拿到一间房间房卡，被告知第二间房间卡会送到我们房间。但是我们等了将近两个小时也没有人送过来，电话到前台，他们并不知道有这个事情，我们需要重新交代。而且第一次送的房卡还不工作，还需要电话前台重新送。 还有一件事情体现了他们的管理非常有问题，周日晚上睡觉后，凌晨三点火警响了，我们赶紧起来叫上孩子们一起走到楼下集合，到了大厅后也看到很多住客都陆续下来了，我们每个人都很疑惑不知道应该怎么做。 酒店没有一个管理层人员来做任何事情，大概半小时后才看到有个类似经理的人出现，然后看到火警车也来了，四十分钟后左右才有人来跟我们更新情况。 每个人都坐在大厅，非常疑惑。火警虽然是个意外，但是感觉到他们的员工没有培训过这种情况应该如何处理。 还好只是一个楼层的空调出现问题，并没有明火。 起码应该有人在下面登记人数，看看是否所有住客都下来了。非常无语的管理。差评！

The hotel foyer is just stunning. From the moment you pull into driveway it's a beautiful welcome. The front of house staff were warm friendly and very welcoming. BUT our highlight and favourite thing about our 3 nights was the amazing bar lady, Yiinze ,(Blake). Her bubbly friendly energetic personality blew us away. Then she designed a cocktail that we got to savour... She went over and above with our service and surprised us each night with a new cocktail. She is super amazing and couldn't praise her enough. I will most definitely be back in the hope she is still injecting her charm into the bar. Thank you Yiinze for making our stay even more memorable 🍸🍹

The pool/spa and sauna hours, I wish they were open a little later.Amazing facility up by the pool tho.

The breakfast was yum, plenty of options. The pool and gym.
