Staff were very nice and friendly. Location very near the cable car so easy to get to Zealandia. Easy walk to Te Papa etc. Bed comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs had very nice food - a bit overpriced but convenient.

No WiFi for the 3 nights we stayed. Used up all my and my husbands data package (we don't have limitless packages), while generally the room was clean and tidy it was aged and the dust bunnies around the edges of the room look like they hadn't been chased away for many a year. Still haven't received the refund / reversal of the $50 they insist on charging you when you arrive. Not everyone likes tea or coffee - asked if any hot chocolate or milo available but was told no.

Location to the CBD was just down a few steps! A good place if you just need a bed to sleep.

The space of the triple room could’ve been bigger for three adults.

Location was excellent and the room was quiet - if I had neighbours, upstairs or next door, I never heard them! Bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic!

It was a small room - which was fine as that is what I'd booked - but they had a table and two chairs crammed in the corner under the TV which just cluttered up the space and made access virtually impossible along the other bedside. If I had travelled with someone it would have been pretty awkward for them to access their bed. The beds were already very close together to start with. The room was clean but dated - will need a paint and new carpet soon.

Always our 'GO TO' accommodation when staying in Wellington. Very handy location - super easy to find, excellent car parking at a reasonable rate. Love how you can walk to city centre and water-front. Excellent restaurant with a great menu. Loads of cafes within easy walking distance!
