I liked the location. Easy to get to the ferry terminal. Also handy to town.
That the room wasn't vaccumed properly. And the mirror was dirty.

Have stayed quite a few times always been good
Had driven 6 hrs. Ordered room service well before 9.30 pm cut off for menu change. Received phonecall at 9.45 confirming my order.Then another phonecall saying because it was after 9.30pm had to change to night menu and also had to pay with right amount in cash.Could have been told this from start.
Ended up getting Uber eats at 11pm. Not that impressed

Great location and convenient with Restaurants on site and yummy food.
Only complaint would be that the beds had not been separated prior to our arrival, as was paid extra for, but it was very quickly rectified and the staff were lovely.

Location meant there wasn’t the biggest range of restaurants nearby, lifts need maintenance as I got stuck in the lift with my 2 children. Staff were really great about it though…

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, großes Bad. Parken (Gebühr) im angrenzenden Parkhaus möglich, ansonsten nur gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze rund herum. Vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. Nicht weit zum Hafen. Empfehlenswert

The room was old, uncomfortable and dirty. you couldn’t walk bare feet on the carpet as it was rippled. There was rubbish under the beds and the bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat was damaged. The beds were very uncomfortable.

A bit tired and bed was small (double). Not worth skipping the room being serviced for “environmental reasons” as the voucher could only be used at the restaurant because the cafe/bar was not open and we were only advised after choosing this option.
