לא היה כלום בחדר אפילו מים קרים לשתייה לא מה שבדרך כלל ישרוטל עושים

Location is excellent for diving at the coral beach area. The pool and breakfast are amazing.
The rooms are a bit small, but perfect for two people and a good value for the price considering all of the hotel facilities.

הגעתי למלון בשעה 15:30
וכאשר התקשרתי לבדוק מתי נסגרת הברכה אמרו לי בשעה 16:00.
בשעה 16:30 יצאתי לטייל במלון וראיתי שהברכה פתוחה שאלתי בקבלה למה נותנים מידע לא תקין ונאמר לי שיבדקו את הנושא.
באמת בדקו וענו לי שזאת טעות של שרות לאורח.

The pool and the dining room
We had an horrible experience and we missed. Some private activities due waiting for stuff members to fix our room multiple times

We liked everything, it is our third time during the last few years. The facilities are clean and comfortable, well designed, great food, welcoming ambiance, very nice staff. For us the quietness and the proximity of the Red Sea beach was so great!

Breakfast was absolutely incredable. The choice of food was beyond what we could imagine but most important the food was fresh, fresh, fresh and the service was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to the great skill of Giorgi the chef who prepared the omlets. He had a terrific memory, was quick, efficient, and the eggs were done to perfection. We also want to thank Dalia of the fresh salad bar who went out of her way to help us. And Shawit who prepared the coffee

Resort type of hotel, lots of families with kids, great refreshing pools overlooked by guards Bali Beds avaliable in the morning, very nice reception staff, with somhow limited knowledge of English. Best part is breakfast with lots to choose from, omelettes made to order,different local food and sweets. Would come back again.

I paid for a family room because based on the picture it had a great view.
I had to change rooms because they tried to put me in a room at the back of the hotel with no view. I waited an hour for a room at the front of the hotel with the view. also the property sold the entire hotel out to a university and spent my last night setting up the pool area to become a big dj great party. It was so noisy and annoying. couldn’t relax by the pool in the morning because they took away the pool furniture. very inconsiderate to paying guests!!

I live in Israel four hours north of Elait. Yam Suf has been my favorite Elait hotel for a long time. It’s clean. Great pool. Two pools. They maintain the property. Quiet. Relaxing. Always full to capacity. Many return customers. Away from the center of town. Close to taba crossing. Great views of mountains and sea.
The cats. But they are everywhere in Israel.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Made a reservation on Priceline for a family of 4 for which I Booked the family suite. Glitch in the system only showed for 2 people so I was charged even more by front desk even though rate I payed was for 4.

didn’t like the attention except for some exceptions who were very kind, most members of staff were a bit rude and most didn’t speak any English either

Our stay was amazing! The hotel facilities are great, food is exeptionnal and the concert the last night of our stay was outstanding! Thank you!!

The hotel needs updating like the bathroom is very tired and old looking.
No investment has been made to do upgrades. The hotel looks it's age.

rooms are nice, but very simple. I would rather say it looked more like 3 star hotel, not 4.
don’t take garden view rooms as it’s actually road view
it wasn’t indicated that the beach of the hotel is closed
