Everything is old, the bedroom, living room and toilet room should be upgraded .

Paul is a great host with a very nice place.

Everything was super comfortable. Paul was very kind. Great value for money. We enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet location.

The sofa can be a bit more comfortable.

The place was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, we slept great. The location is also a good, quiet location close enough to the marina and a grocery store just a block away. the pool wasn't too busy.

The gate to keep the private parking is too high and hit the bottom of the car every time we entered the parking. The pool is semi-private, it's for all the residents, but it was never too busy. At the end of the day the pool was dirty.

It is one of the best accomodations in Eilat !! First, the location.5 min walk to the Ice Mall, very close to the central beach, very easy access from any road. Private parking lot just opposite the door. Second, the territory is secluded which is comfortable for the families with children, very green, a lot of shade, nice pool with a lot of armchairs . Third, the appartment itself is very spacy, well furnished, cosy, 2 balconies, well equiped kitchen, everything is new and comfortable. and the last but not least , the owner, Paul, is a fantastic host, kind and helpful.

The apartment was very clean. Very nice balcony shaded by a big tree. The public areas are very nice.

The small old elevator worked, but we preferred the stairs. Its only 2 floors…

Paul is a great guy that will do everything so his guests will enjoy their vacation.

Great apartment! Good location and very clean.

Great location: Sea beach, Shopping malls, promenade, restaurants within 10 minutes walking. Private parking. Very clean, big two bedrooms apartments. Two big balconies. Good equipped kitchen whit all you need : refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric stove, dishes. Comfortable beds, many towels. Owner Paul met us at the gate, gave the keys spent in the apartment and explained everything. The complex keep very well - really Royal Park: beautiful park and pool. We are very grateful to Paul for the wonderful stay.
