Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä vegaanisella ruokavaliolla. Paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja, sekä suolaista että makeaa. Hotellin sijainti oli myös hyvä ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa.

Verrattuna muihin Scandicin hotelleihin (mm. Turun, Lappeenrannan ja Helsingin) huoneen vuodesohva oli todella huono. Seuraavana aamuna selkä oli kipeä, ja pienestäkin liikkeestä sohva piti häiritsevää natinaa. Tätä lukuunottamatta kolme henkilöä mahtui huoneeseen hyvin.

A very bad experience. The room overlooked a covered courtyard (view from other rooms), the bathroom smelled very strongly of sewage odor which was noticeable in the room. and there was immense noise: you could hear the bathrooms of the other rooms through the sewer drain, every sound from the rooms next to and above you came to our room The hotel had also allowed all young guests ( there was a festival ) and it was hell at night: continuous rumbling, running and gigling in the corridors throughout the night, someone started a party with pumping beats at 3am. Two nights in a row - even with earplugs - woken up at the most impossible times. For this price I really expected a better place ( and certainly not such noisy rooms ) It's been a long time since I had such a bad hotel experience.

Hotellin pysäköintihalliin ei voi varata etukäteen paikkaa, iso puute.

Gluteeniton aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Liikkuminen rollaattorilla sisällä helppoa ja sujuvaa. Ympäristössä liikkuminen oli vaikeaa lumen takia.

Hissiin oli vaikea päästä välikerroksesta, koska se meni aina ensin ylös ja alas tullessa oli jo täynnä eikä mahtunut rollaattorin kanssa.

Location is awful. There is no place to leave car to take out luggage. Site said that there is parking available but actually no place was offered as parking house was full. Ugly breakfast area, when to come around 10.00, lots of uncleaned tables full of leftovers.
