The room was a great size. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. The people were very friendly.

The first night I could constantly hear people down stairs until around 1 or 2 am. Our first night there some one hit our rental car in the parking lot and did not leave a note. We asked the front desk clerk to check the cameras but was told none of the cameras faced the parking lot. Also I did not like having to go outside my room to use the bathroom. I prefer to have my bathroom located inside my private room.

Great value for money, very spacious and well-furnished apartment. Good breakfast and great surroundings. Close to Kleve and in the middle of bike trails.

Very nice place for very nice price

The staff was really friendly. We brought our little dog with us and the staff was really nice with him: they told us we could bring our dog with us while eating at the restaurant, and when we brought him they gave him food and water :) The rooms are really well cleaned. The rooms are big and quiet. Even if our bathroom was outside the room, we could enjoy a bathroom sink in the room! The restaurant was really nice to try German specialities, but be aware that the portions are quite important. We couldn't finish our dishes because we ordered too much food. Hopefully, we asked the waitress if we could de-order the dessert (which is something not polite at all), and she told us that this was not a problem at all, she was really comprehensive.

The bed is really soft and because I have a back problem I couldn't sleep well. It depends on the taste :)
