Good location, easy to get around, shower temperature and flow excellent
Would be nice if the room had some drawers to put belongings in, for both the main room and bathroom.

I always stay here when travelling to Melbourne. The location is super convenient with a major shopping centre and food outlets nearby. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast with a mix of cereals, breads, hot meals, juices and coffee. Thank you!

perfect for a couple of nights stay. perfect location for what we needed. nice cafes around and close to shopping.

bed was a bit small. room small and couldn't open windows so felt a bit stuffy.

Staff very nice, approachable and helpful.
Room badly designed. Bed so near the wall at one side that I had to walk sideways to get into bed. tons of room elsewhere. bathroom v small. No hand soap for sink. bedside tables also very small. Had to put phone on floor or couldn’t have room for a drink or book.

Always good here, clean and the check in/out is always swift and hassle free. Staff are fantastic, happy to cater for any needs and always smiling and polite.

Good location! It’s near the train station and the shops. Room was comfortable with basic necessities.
The staff on arrival was friendly and efficient.
When I checked out the following morning, the staff said that she would send me a receipt. I have not gotten one till today.

Everything they overcharged me and then kept the bond and an hour after checking out they took money from my account

The location of the Hotel is very near to the train station and shopping center. The fee of the hotel is reasonable. The hotel room is comfortable. Staff are helpful. I can park my car in the Hotel's carpark.
It would be better if parking fee is exempted. I would be grateful if breakfast is free of charge.
