Good location to airport for overnight. Free bus to/from airport. This hotel is 40 min ride though. We could get a three bedroom unit.

Location is close to the airport, so it was perfect for my 9 hour stay.

The walls and door were paper thin so you could hear neighbours and people in the hallway all night. The road noise was also really loud. It was inconvenient to have parking outside your door but not be able to unlock the external door. You had to walk back through the hotel to access the internal door. Defeats the purpose of the parking 🤷🏻‍♀️

Booked for location for the airport. The fact you could leave your car there for 7 days and the airport bus was included in the accommodation rate was a winning factor.

Checked into room. Couldn't get TV to work. Went to reception and was told TV in that room was "broken". So had to repack my case and move to another room. Also couldn't get that TV to work - needed new batteries in remote. By that time I didn't want to watch tv as it was getting late.

The drain made a noise all night, someone had unplugged the fridge before we checked in we didn’t realise until the morning and so our food went off.

Do not book this place if you are sent to the VR hotel beside the main hotel. It's terrible. I didn't even want to walk bare feet on the floor. AND they have charged me for a meal I didn't have and I am having huge issues with their correspondence

dreckige Bettlaken(!!), kaputte Einrichtung, Feuermelder Batterie im Gang war leer und so piepte der ständig, Duschaufhängung kaputt, abgeblätterte Wandfarbe. Völlig abgewohnt. Wir würden nie wieder dort übernachten. Preis-Leistung eine Farce !

Comfortable, quiet clean facilities enabling us to have a good night's sleep following an overseas trip. We appreciated being able to use the shuttle from International and again to domestic the next day. We did not use the restaurant but appreciated it was a possible option for us which we will probably use next time we visit(early in June)

Nice hotel with a restaurant which we didn't try out. The room was spacious, the bed & pillows were really comfy and we slept really well. Had a kettle & fridge in the room. No spoons but the reception staff gave us some with no issues when I went to ask. The free airport shuttle bus was very handy.

The bed sheets were stained with black mark so I hope they were properly washed beforehand. I'm sure they were.

Unfortunately, the floor in our room wasn't clean. The carpet in the hallway was gathered and creating trip hazards. It just generally wasn't very comfortable. I've stayed here in the past and felt it was great value for money for a quick trip, but the quality of the rooms and the hotel itself has gone downhill.

All the staff tried their best. They were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating.

The property is desperately in need of renovations. The rooms have been left to deteriorate. A decent handyman could fix most of the issues. A proper cleaning of carpets would be an advantage. Covering up large holes in the walls with badly placed old pictures is just not acceptable. Using covid as an excuse for run-down properties is no longer an option!

Had to go across to another part of the Motel, pass an old swimming pool, through something like a common room, pass a kitchen to a very small room with a fan and a small window. Smelt a bit as well.

Dirty! Curtains hanging off the runners, Big hole in the door jam ? Chain broken? No hangers ( NOT ONE!) No tissues, no hand towel, blanket too small for the bed. Skirting boards deep in dust. Could not recommend this motel at all.
