Location. This is brilliant valuable for money. Right on Constitution Dock and easily accessible from both inbound and outbound lanes of Davey Street. The staff member was willing to indulge my slightly bizarre experience. Even though we could not replicate the issue. The availability of parking was fantastic. Props to anyone providing dimmable lights.

There was some lack of communication in the lead up. I am a slightly anxious traveller when I messaged to confirm our reservation and parking. I received no response. With such limited parking that was an issue. My bathroom was missing it's heat light but that is a minor issue.

A GREAT APARTMENT RIGHT ON THE DOCKS IN HOBART. Fabulous location. Great carpark and easy to get from carpark to hotel room. loved that we were able to leave our car for 10 days while we went on a cruise.

Washing machine/dryer was hard to use and some clothes have never been the same again.

The location is fantastic, room had plenty of space and the bed, especially in our second room, was quite comfortable. Our bed in the first floor room wasn't so comfortable.

The location overlooking the Hobart fishing harbour was superb. Great soundproofing, very comfortable bed, bathroom had large shower and clothes washer/dryer, good aircon, great balcony to have breakfast on. Easy walk to numerous dining locations or make your own meals in the well equipped kitchenette. Highly recommended.

our room was adjacent to the busy Davey street - all ok, however the proprietors neglected to tell us that some major road working was happening until 4 am in the morning. I found this out by calling a large hotel across the road! not disappointed with this.

location was amazing, right near the water. Our room was big and very quiet and comfortable.

Great location. Secure. Friendly staff. Great cafe, set apart from the apartments, which had lovely food, great prices and the friendliest staff I. Hobart.

Some of the furniture was a bit shabby - some with holes in it, eg, the plastic bench seat. Washer/dryers were new, but instructions in the welcome pack or in the drawer hadn’t been updated. The guy on reception came up to help, but couldn’t. I ended up downloading the instructions from the internet. Followed instructions, set a wash/dryer program, which lasted for 3 ¾ hours. The clothes were still wet. My partner was leaving early the following morning, to sail the boat back from Hobart to Melbourne, so asked the Reception team if they could dry them in the apartment’s industrial dryers, which he did.
