The location can be quite convenient, surrounded by many restaurants, pubs and with public transport nearby. Options for early breakfast are a bit shy at the moment. It is a quiet hotel and the apartments certainly allow for longer stays with confort. There are limited facilities for guests beyond those in their rooms. Staff welcoming and efficient
Although nothing in particular broken or in need of immediate maintenance, my room could be described as ready for some refreshment. This may include electric / USB outlets by the bedside. I notice the lobby has been refurbished somewhat recently, so maybe more is yet to come...?

Location, friendly service, spacious clean room
Help with parking when checking in. I asked where to park until I received my key for the car space out the back and was told to park out the front. Out the front was a loading zone, which I presumed I could park in as I was unloading my luggage, but after checking in I came back 15 minutes later to find a parking ticket on the windscreen.

Size of the apartment
Beds were not comfy. The neighbourhood is really noisy late at night, so it’s very hard to sleep

Good location. Staff were nice. Cheap.
The room smelt like the commercial kitchen directly below it. The windows had Venetian blinds and the room faced onto a brightly lit parking area, so my room was too bright all night. I also had a lot of noise from the live music in the venue downstairs.

This is located in the CBD ACT. Short walk to the bus terminals, tram station and the shopping centre. The room I stayed faced London Circuit which is supposed to be very busy road and in particular weekends. It is short walk to almost everything.

Location
It was a little noisy given the downstairs pubs and cafes. We were promised onsite parking (reserved) but when we arrived were told it wasn’t available.

I like the location. Restaurants are just outside the the hotel. It's close tourist interests too.
The ventilation of rooms should be improved. My room was smelly when I checked in. Beds are not that comfortable.

The location is ideal for a trip to Canberra, central location. Close to shops, eateries and tram.
The room was excellent value, good size with access to external courtyard. great morning light and facillities.
Self-contained for those that wish to eat in and prepare a meal.

No breakfast offered. Upgraded to back apartment. In the morning could smell odours comin up through drain. Not pleasant. Manager not helpful. Our car was vandalised. Manager gave refund but was not helpful at all regarding resolution

Service is always nice.
The room we were in resulted in 3 nights of little sleep due to a Piano and Guitar playing all 3 nights through till 2 - 4am. Then to add to that people trying to sing over the top of the "so Called Music"

Great studio apartment - lots of room and nice appointments
TV didn't work but the staff were prompt in trying to help.

Excellent location and very easy to check-in and out. Also could leave luggage there after booking out. Excellent walking access to central Canberra shopping, food and other activities. Very close to buses/light rail. Was visiting ANU and so an outstanding location. Also close to the New Acton area and easy walk to lake and across to the gallery etc. The kitchen equipment was excellent and well maintained.
All round excellent. Suspect a rush one day with bathmats. Suggest asking guests about re-using towels etc if staying more than one night.

Good location and roomy apartments
One of the apartments was Over a pub and Main Street so very noisy and too much light on a Friday night

Perfect location, close to attractions, bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.
Chargeable parking!!! But still good to have the option of reserved parking!

Parking was easy to access and the staff at reception was extremely helpful on the night.
