Location

It was a little noisy given the downstairs pubs and cafes. We were promised onsite parking (reserved) but when we arrived were told it wasn’t available.

I like the location. Restaurants are just outside the the hotel. It's close tourist interests too.

The ventilation of rooms should be improved. My room was smelly when I checked in. Beds are not that comfortable.

The location is ideal for a trip to Canberra, central location. Close to shops, eateries and tram. The room was excellent value, good size with access to external courtyard. great morning light and facillities. Self-contained for those that wish to eat in and prepare a meal.

No breakfast offered. Upgraded to back apartment. In the morning could smell odours comin up through drain. Not pleasant. Manager not helpful. Our car was vandalised. Manager gave refund but was not helpful at all regarding resolution

Service is always nice.

The room we were in resulted in 3 nights of little sleep due to a Piano and Guitar playing all 3 nights through till 2 - 4am. Then to add to that people trying to sing over the top of the "so Called Music"

TV didn't work but the staff were prompt in trying to help.

Excellent location and very easy to check-in and out. Also could leave luggage there after booking out. Excellent walking access to central Canberra shopping, food and other activities. Very close to buses/light rail. Was visiting ANU and so an outstanding location. Also close to the New Acton area and easy walk to lake and across to the gallery etc. The kitchen equipment was excellent and well maintained.

All round excellent. Suspect a rush one day with bathmats. Suggest asking guests about re-using towels etc if staying more than one night.

One of the apartments was Over a pub and Main Street so very noisy and too much light on a Friday night

Perfect location, close to attractions, bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

Chargeable parking!!! But still good to have the option of reserved parking!

The room was clean and well appointed with everything i needed for the night, Parking was easy to access and the staff at reception was extremely helpful on the night.
