Was within walking distance to Canberra attractions. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean apartment. On-site parking was safe and secure.

The window shutters were broken in the second bedroom so could not shut them properly. The light coming in, made it hard to sleep after the sun came up.

Cost of taxi to pick up keys, which were no where near the apartment $45, surely there could be a key safe. Windows and tv were dirty. Apartment showing signs of ware and tear.

When our first apartment booking was cancelled due to owner changing to full time rental, we were upgraded to another 2 bedroom apartment in the same location. Thank you. The location was ideal as our conference was in the Convention centre next door and it was also easy to walk to city shops, supermarket and the Floriade. The amenities were good and parking in the basement was so handy. Lovely park to walk in.

The central heating did not work but there were oil heaters available for each room. Some items that would be appreciated are air freshener in the bathroom, paper towel in the kitchen and extra toilet paper. The garage remotes are getting worn and didn't work for several tries. I have stayed in these apartments more than once. My chief annoyance is having to get and return keys at another location, especially if you do not have a car. Perhaps there could be a coded key box outside the apartment and paperwork lodged on line? Having said that, the girls in the office are very helpful.

Great location right beside exhibition centre for conference. Great gym, heated pool and big spa. Easy car parking too.

Location. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and crockery. Fairly modern apartment style and relatively spacious.

No air conditioning/heating as stated. Only 1 remote worked for the underground parking gate. Second bedroom is tiny with no room for your luggage.

Location was good . Very clean and comfortable. Two secure car spaces was great. Plenty of plates, cups and cutlery. Accomodate Canberra staff were very helpful.

Needed to have dishwashing solution and teabags for visitors staying more than one night.

It was cold and the air con was only option for heat which was very noisy in the living area and hard to work out how to use in the 2 bedrooms

Shower head too small. Tv in main bedroom too small. Pool and spa were not heated as advertised

Location and space

We were 2 adult men (colleagues) and there needed to be additional towels as both of us had morning and evening showers and there was only 1 soap bar for both of us and shampoo was not appropriate for hairless men !!! Entry Door handle fell off upon departure, but it was loose from the first day. Air con in the 2nd bedroom was in a timer mode and we could not remove it from timer mode.

Great location, walking distance to central shopping district. Park next door so easy for kids to have a little play. 2 parking spots available. Everything in the apartment was well appointed.

Having to pick up the keys on the other side of Canberra in Kingston just added a bit more time to our journey. But its only an 8 minute drive away.

Key collection was inconvenient and we had to drive 10 minutes each way just to get them (which added on 20 minutes to an already long trip). We then had to do the same to return them on departure.

The location was within walking distance to the city and all that Canberra has to offer. I loved the location! We walked to the city each day, the galleries, parks etc. No need to use the car at all as long as you can stroll a km or so a day. The apartment was clean, spacious with a lovely outdoor courtyard on the ground floor. Great fully equiped kitchen, ensuite and bathroom, easy parking and extremely well-kept and clean. I would recommend it if you need a two bedroom apartment.

The road was a little noisy at night.
