Śniadanie oceniam pozytywnie, typowe produkty i dania. Owoce były wyjątkowo dobre, szczególnie arbuz. Sala duża, obsługa czujna i pomocna.

Korzystałam z pokoju dla osoby niepełnosprawnej, który był odpowiedni z małym wyjątkiem. Muszla sedesowa nie była wygodna, deska sedesowa odchylała się za daleko i córka nie mogła się oprzeć, co powodowało brak stabilności siedzenia, bo zmuszała do półleżenia.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο!! Η προσφορά τιμής ήταν μοναδική για οσλο. Ωραία μεγάλα δωμάτια μεγάλο μπάνιο πολύ καθαρό. Υπέροχο πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο. Κοντινη απόσταση από το μέτρο 6 στάσεις είναι το κέντρο.

Meget bra frokost. Trivelig og imøtekommende personale. Forholdsvis rimelig. Virkelig valuta for pengene.

Attitude of the receptionist on the evening we checked in. The receptionist on the evening we checked in gave us hardtime, when we asked about parking he told there is no parking available behind the hotel, so we had to search for more than 1 hour for an affordable parking slot, we came back and saw there were multiple parking slots available behind the hotel, we informed him about the same and he told some customers had informed him earlier that there are no parking slots left :-O Another case when we asked him about the AC which was not working in the room, he told AC is complaint and he will inform his manager next about the same, he knew we checked in for one night, i asked him if he can provide a fan, he mocked back saying he will start looking for a fan in all the rooms from that moment And lastly he charged for the complementary coffee , when we told we got the coffee free from other scandic hotels, he told its not free there in their hotel

Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful & welcoming. Very clean hotel, with an amazing choice at breakfast time. Even though its not the best location would definitely Choose to stay again as hotel & staff so lovely.

Location good for football ground but not near to anything else really unless you want to travel by bus or metro

The complimentary breakfast was perfect, as it came with lots of variety. Great meal. Hotel location is also very good, well situated and a walking distance to where I had my appointment, i.e. UK Visa centre. And, the room was very condusive.

I booked two standard room and one family room. But hotel given me all three same size standard room. I don't understand why I was charged more for family room

Room a bit small for 4 persons. No storage for your clothes except a few places to hang them up. The design of the room could have been better when it comes to storage. The fan in the room was very noisy.

Rooms were good size and comfortable, with good facilities.

A lot of tour busses/groups visit. So crowded, and restaurant partially closed for the individual guests. Location is a bit far off. No interesting views from the rooms.

Beds was not very comfortable. There were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom.

Middle of Oslo in case you want to spend time in one of the most boring and ugly capitols in Europe. Breakfast was not the worst I have seen, lunch was hit and miss from day to day, conference staff was in general very nice and effective and they should pay the cleaning staff better as they do a good job.

The room was made for sleeping not relaxing, no office desk, no armchair, bying dinner or evening food was a real dissatisfaction, raw minced meet on the middle of a burger which was badly cooked is not a positiv experience, pillows in the bed where to warm and much to much plastic fibers to be any comforting or good, if I would stay here ever again I would bring my own pillow so I could actually sleep the whole night.

Fantastic breakfast with lots and lots of choices.

Matrace was very very soft. They should have matrace with stiffness somewhere in the middle so that people who like a hard matrace won't be too disappointed, and neither will the people that like a soft matrace.
