Comfortable sheets, staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good!

Absolutely no airconditioning in the room, made it hard to sleep comfortably. The hotel is right next to a busy street, so when you keep the window open you're greeted by car- and engine noise. Not so well designed bathrooms, you have to do the crab walk in order to fit in the shower(in our room anyway). The restaurant was closed when we arrived at 18:30-ish

Small shower room and doors that does not prevent water from leaking further. Bunk beds a little bit small for grown adult. Some tolwels were on beds, some in the wardrobe, some in the bathroom - strange allocation. But general all comfortable and nice.

It`s an old hotel, not the best rooms or beds

This hotel is a big hotel 5 km outside Hamar. We traveled with a big group and had some meeting rooms as well, for a great concert project in Hamar during the weekend. It was mostly adults and young people aged 12-18 in our group, and we had arranged for a separate food serving during breakfast and also paid extra for people making their own lunchboxes, for our group. We knew the hotel was fully booked, and that is why I called two days before, securing the fact that there would be enough food for lunchboxes and the facilities for eating. We were happy about the rooms and also the meeting halls, for our participants. The staff helped us when one person was injured. Also, we got water but no coffee, for the meetings, even as we paid extra for those rooms 3 hours Friday night. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfy and some of the food at the breakfast was nice, Also I am happy that we got the money back for the lunchboxes when this did not work out as planned, A nice place for big groups, but only groups with children/sports. For our group it was not so well fitted. We would have liked the possibility of a restaurant for our adult teachers and participants, also the separate room for breakfast.

The breakfast, obviously. And the flexibility of getting rooms early for the leaders of our project. It did not help that I asked reception staff and waited for hours, still they gave us the room at 16.00 even as we arrived 12.45. I know the normal checkin time is 15.00. But this is far away from town. And we only asked about cleaning and opening one room first, before the others. The hotel was empty of guests at our arrival and the cleaning staff was there.... But they were nice and gave people extra towels for swimming at the small, a bit cold indoor pool. It is mostly for children, as it was not very big, And a big group of sports children were coming in, with parents, for the weekend as well. I experienced that many foods were already gone and eaten by this big sports group at 7.15 a.m. and when our participants came at 7.45 there was too little food to pack any lunchbox. Also, the kitchen staff had not parted the rooms, our group had no packing station for lunch and the eggs were not very appetizing after 100 football kids and parents had made a mess out of it. Much of the fruit was gone. And the coffee maker was slow. All in all, it was too little special foods that I had asked for for our vegetarians, gluten allergics and milk allergics in our big group of 80 people staying in the hotel. At checkout I heard the cook(one of them) was ill, but this is not the customer's fault. Our participants had to buy a lot of extra food and we bought extra foods for our teachers as well, Saturday. Sunday the breakfast was better, and there was at least a place to pack the food, but still not parted from other guests. I am very happy that we got our money back for the lunchpacks and will never book this kind of lunch again at a Scandic hotel. Anyways, the hotel was not so expensive. But I would have paid a bit more to get a restaurant and to get coffee at the meetings, plus the fact that the breakfast did not work.

This is a very dirty hotel. There are dead flies in the rooms, hair and hair gum on the floor, dirty windows, uncleaned walls and bedding. We had a bad time at the hotel.
