Very good and clean room

The great location, the cleaniness, and the friendly staff

they have grown alchemist bottles but the product inside is some generic soap…:( I could not close my closet door, it was narrower than the hangers. the furnace made a lot of noise but the staff shut off my heat so the noise would stop, but that affected the temperature in my room. compared to other hotels in the area, I paid too much for a very small room.

Outstanding location, very nice day time staff, classy room design, comfy bed (love the pillows!). Also, the fruit juices in the lobby were delicious.

I wish the room had slippers, and more ways to hang stuff in the bathroom.

The staff is not very friendly, they gave us the worst room they had. To check in, even if the room is available, we wait until 3:00 p.m., there is no kindly approach with the customer. They treat you like simple tourists. The category of the hotel, I would describe it more as a motel, but at a 4* hotel price.

My partner left her bag in the room, we called them from the airport when we noticed, that we have a missing bag. They said it’s not in the room. Then what a miracle the bag was found in the room, the hotel contacted us that they find the bag 5days later. we were hapy and we kindly asked them to use the €80 from the bag to send it after us. But then unfortunately they kept the money and claimed that there is nothing in it. :( and they asked more money to post it, what we send it to them so at least we will have the documents back.. We also tried to contact the management to get some info from the person who find the bag, so we can start an investigation with the local authorities, but unfortunately they totally refused to cooperate in anyway. After many emails to convince the management for some sort of cooperation, I’m only ended up robed, without any help, so the last thing I can do, to tell everyone to avoid this hotel. totally disappointing. by the way I have all the mailing and evidence for my statement, nothing is made up or a try to give a bad name of this institute, these are only the facts that happened to us during our stay in Hotel Monsieur Helder Paris. :(

good hotel in a nice location. Xli on a business trip for 1-2 nights, then for one it is quite normal. Bonus - an excellent vegan con cafe in the hotel building. practically at the reception.

The rooms are very modest in size and decoration.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Rooms were clean, practical and lovely.

Warm bright high ceiling room, as I was on the 2nd floor. Very spartan however comfortable room. Friendly, welcoming team. Well priced for excellent location.

Small bathroom. Vegan café attached to the hotel is expensive and underwhelming.

No breakfast restaurant means you can only have breakfast in the room. I stayed two nights, ordered breakfast for both and only the first arrived. When calling reception and having waited 30 min I had to leave without breakfast the second morning. The bathroom and one side of the room smelled of mould. rock hard, wonky bed.
