Extrem kleines Zimmer und Bad (obwohl „upgrade“ bekommen, warum auch immer), WC nicht 100% sauber, Plastik-Unterbezug über Matrazze konnte man hören, billigste Schaumstoff-Kissen, lausiges TV-Programm (15 Kanäle in F, ok bin ja auch in F, aber international ist da nix). In der Summe ganz schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (195 Euro für eine Nacht in nicht-geh-Distanz zum Zentrum)

Le fait que ce soit moi qui ai fait les réservations mais qui n'ai pas bénéficié des petits déjeuners gratuits ayant plus de 65 ans alors que nos amis en ont bénéficié. Pourquoi tant de différences ??

Lovely surprise: clean, stylish and modern! Range of electric car chargers - we didn't use, but v useful for those en route to or from South France; great location as a v short walk into the medieval town of Beaune; although we didn't use, the hotel has an onsite swimming pool and offers towels to use - it was in the midst of a heatwave! Very stylish hotel (especially for a Mercure); had free water to fill your own bottles and a lovely lounge area with seating and books plus a stylish bar! Rooms great too

Bit of a 'bun fight' for breakfast as hard to find staff to take orders, but not sure how to correct as staff worked v hard to keep buffet and crockery/cutlery replenished. Good range of food to suit most tastes.

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful, even though we struggled to find taxis servicing the area.

We had to leave early to make a train and we missed breakfast. I asked if we could have it removed from our bill, and they were unable to do that.

Junior suite was amazing for our kids and dog. Very good size and well equipped. Amazing shower and bathroom. The twin room was equally as good and all clean. Amazing restaurant and bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definately return next year as a perfect stop over on route to the south.

Free parking, Nice bathroom, location to town and the Hotel Bar with the free tap water station.

The bedsheets were a little strange the sheets are not fixed, and the room is quite small for a privilege room.

Very good room, with good space for children on sofa bed, and the room had a sliding door between the bed and sofa bed to give privacy. Very clean, good breakfast and easy parking.

Having a Duvet on the sofa bed rather than a blanket.
