As per usual, the stay was exceptional. Perfect location, in the heart of Paris. Luxurious rooms with new, modern furniture. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday, and sweet treats were left for us on our beds. Every year we visit Paris, we insist at staying in your hotel! Feels like home each time we visit. Special thanks to laeticia for offering us a free upgrade for one of the rooms and her colleague for providing us with a smooth check-in, hassle free. Sofitel Le Scribe is one of the best 5-star hotels in Paris.

Breakfast was very basic although I have to say the service of the staff was very good.

Great location, super clean rooms and the interior was spectacular!! Also they take care of details.. definitely i will be staying there again.

I was always greeted with a smile and all the staff were extremely helpful. Location is great also for shopping and sighseeing.

Did not have a pool.

We had a 2 story suite with 2 double beds, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Having only 1 toilet on the upper floor was inexcusable. The TV was barely audible. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was mediocre. The hamburger meat was good but the cheese on top was like it came out of a tube and the bacon on the burger was half uncooked, and the club sandwich was very basic with limited ingredients. I wouldn't have called it a club sandwich.

Stunning building and interior, friendly and warming atmosphere. The hotel rooms had everything you could need and more.

Had to wait for the room to be ready after check in time …very unprofessional from a 5 star hotel !!

It was the best experience for us. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff were super helpful. Especially Victor and Abdul were super friendly. The room and all the facilities were clean and hygienic. The location is just next to the Opera Garnier and super convenient. We recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone who needs a comfy stay in Paris.
