Bon rapport qualité prix pour une étape en famille sur Rouen.
Facilité de se garer dans le quartier tout en étant près du centre ville accessible à pieds.
Chambre de bonne taille, confortable.
Personnel disponible et accueillant.
RAS. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et tout s'est bien passé.
Peut etre penser à installer des bornes de recharge pour véhicule electrique dans le parking de l'hotel (même si une station de recharge se situe à 100m environ de l'hotel) : à date une seule place permet de recharge sur une prise standard.

Er stond een magnetron in de kamer. Het zou fijn geweest zijn wanneer daarbij ook wat borden en bestek aanwezig waren.

Er was geen parkeerplek beschikbaar. Op de website staat: 'Privé parkeren is mogelijk bij de accommodatie. Reserveren is niet noodzakelijk.' Als je aankomt, krijg je echter te horen dat ze geen parkeerplek voor je hebben en moet je je volgeladen auto langs de straat parkeren. Wij hoorden ze dit tegen iedereen zeggen die voor en na ons binnenkwam. Wij kregen ons geld niet terug en konden daardoor ook geen ander hotel met parkeerplek meer boeken.

Mooie familiekamer met een scherm af te sluiten. Uitzicht op de Seine, waar je echt heel leuk kan eten. Je steekt de weg over en er zijn wel 10 restaurantjes aan de Seine, vooral de foodhallen zijn leuk. Kortom prima overnachting

It was very practical because we could park just under it . The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms are really big for families !

Convenient and comfortable, safe parking
Toilet in the room smelled of urine and only one small lift. Car park could not be accessed by stairs, so lift was in high demand.

The breakfast was abysmal for 17 Euro / the Aircon in the room did not work and the bathroom and toilet are all plastic units like on an aeroplane very odd and not very environmentally friendly.

The place was a bit worn down, and the surroundings was not nice. The pictures of the rooms must be old.

Breakfast was quite basic and location wasn’t as central as we thought, as it was in the docks area of the town rather than near the old town.

great for family with kids, nice playtime at the lobby, staff were realy helpful, even kept and returned a shirt that one of the kids lost
the breakfast was fine, located near the tram
romm was great with good bathroom (tub + shower) and a curtain to separate the kids beds with the main bed.
overall we enjoyed our stay a lot

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I liked the movable panels to seperate the room in two when needed. Both shower and bathtub was a plus. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Elevator was out of order during our entire stay. Fortunately we were put in a room on the first floor.

Nice hotel with big rooms, easy to access by car, and conveniently located to explore the city centre of Rouen. Friendly and helpful staff.
Our room smelt as if a previous guest had smoked in it. Whilst this was clearly not the hotel's fault, we could not help but notice the stench.
