Hôtel tres agréable. Mes enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jeux vidéo, baby-foot, billard mis à disposition à l entrée.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel, avec une belle décoration et très propre. Le personnel est accueillant, et il dispose d'une superbe aire de jeux pour enfants et d'une magnifique piscine couverte. Idéalement situé à Chamonix, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Интересный, со вкусом дизайн отеля, приятная стильная музыка в лоби. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь. Приличный завтрак, хороший кофе. Чудесный вид на горы.

Очень не хватало сауны. В такой гостинице обязательно нужна сауна! Джакузи малюсенький , максимум 3 человека, так и не удалось попасть, всегда занят.

Personnel was very helpful and kind, room is good size and clean, hall of the hotel with play area and fireplace. Not busy pool and wirpool.

No fridge in the room which is bad for us as me and our child is gluten and lactose sensitive, so we need special milk and yogurts instead of usual food in France. Some parts in the room looked like need maintenance, not level expected from 4 stars hotel.

Pas de possibilité de déposer nos équipements dans la local à ski obligé de laisser les skis dans la voiture toute la nuit à la vue de tous, pas de possibilité d’accéder au jacuzzi, odeur désagréable de cigarette dans notre chambre le soir

Room was hot, no air. Moved 3 times to get shady room. Word was that government dictated air conditioning?

Déco très originale. Petit déjeuner adapté aux sportifs (autre chose que des confitures et pain blanc).

J’ai appris qu’une fois sur place que les restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé. Ma chambre donnait côté autoroute. Donc bouchons d’oreilles nécessaires si vous souhaitez dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Très propre, personnel accueillant, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner excellent et copieux , j’étais accompagné de mon chien , un gros modèle, et tout c’est très bien passé ! Même l’accueil pour mon chien s’est bien passé ! Des croquettes pour lui et un coussin de repos !

The room was very nice and clean. The food in the hotel was very good.

The hotel is very close to the highway so my room facing the highway was very noisy. I asked the staff for a change of room and i got one on the opposite side from the highway facing the mountains. Quiet nights with open window. The staff were very help full and my problem was solved.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cet Hôtel situé à 4 minutes de Chamonix au pied du glacier des Bossons. La vue sur le glacier est exceptionnelle et les chambres sont grandes et très bien aménagées. Celles situées du côté montagne sont calmes. La décoration style californienne nous a séduite, l'ameublement pensé avec style et charme.

L'eau de la piscine n'était pas très chaude il faut dire que l'hôtel n'était pas plein. Par contre, nous avons pu profiter d'une piscine pour nous seuls.

Cool Hotel with a 70s vibe but modern. Great area in the foyer with good places to chill on couches and lots of games, couple of arcade games, pool, foosball ect. Heated pool and spa, friendly staff, nice rooms with an amazing view. The Hiking around the area is exceptional! Awesome down hill biking trails too! I enjoyed a couple long trail runs up the surrounding features!

The restaurant had a small menu and did not offer much, to get any other food with not much else around you need to make your way into town about a 7min drive then park at a designated parking area and walk in approx 5 to 10min walk minimum. The public transport cuts off early. So if you want to go into town at night and not drive the last bus back was at 1900. Taxi services expensive at about 80 euro and Uber non existent in Chamonix.

The staff was super friendly, gave us many information. Room was big, cosy, quiet...loved the separate toilet and the electric heater in the bathroom. The parking was right next to hotel, we're just sorry we didn't have time to use the pool (nor all the other amenities in the lobby 😄)

Breakfast was great. Love the lobby and our room was nice.

Dinner was terrible. Looked like cat food, very bland rice and meat with no veg. Staff was mixed. Sometimes unhelpful. No sauna like it said online and on the facility map. Jacuzzi was cold. Got a call weeks later about missing bags? That’s a mystery.

really loved this hotel. such a nice surprise. we really liked that it was a non-conventional hotel - a hotel designed for today's society. It was full of fun game rooms, a casual american style diner, a sizeable indoor pool and a small jacuzzi, plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and the views of the mont blanc. it even had a kids play area for younger kids and that was just great for us. the decor is AMAZING and the staff are SO friendly & chilled.

1- The pillows. so bad. please bring your own pillows because otherwise you will wake up with a painful neck. i gave the feedback to the manager but i didnt get the feeling like they are going to do anything about it. there was no other pillow options. 2- apparently the baby/kids playroom only opens at 10am.....do they realize kids wake up muuuuuch earlier than that? 3- food is average - has a lot of potential but dont expect to be WoWed.

Great location just off main road, amazing mountain views. Lovely big bar and dining areas.

Restaurant was closed and only meal options were ready meals, ok, but not the nice meal we had expected to have.

No kids menu, small selection of food, bbq night has no other meals, dinner cannot be charged to the room, cards are not automatically extended for whole duration of stay. Small things that you can live with, but would improve customer experience.
